Katy and the team at Amanecer are wonderful! The cart was in good shape and they were so accommodating about drop off and pick up.

These guys were extremely caring. They offered us an affordable price and even gave us a four person cart for the price of a two person cart because they didn’t have anymore. The first day we had the cart our charger wasn’t working at our airbnb and they allowed us to charge it there whenever we needed. When returning the cart the guy we bought it from offered to give us a ride back up to our place. He went out of his way in taking care of us which we appreciated. Be respectful to them and they will take great care of you.

I've used Amanecer the last two years to shuttle my yoga students from Sayulita back to the PV airport. Both years they delivered big time. Setting things up was easy, they showed early for the departure, and the staff was outstanding. With over 35 people both years it can be a challenge to get everyone and their luggage on the road and these guys met that challenge 100%. I will continue to use them going forward for sure.

These guys are super nice! I ran over a nail on accident which I didn’t notice. I went there to mention the tire was low on air and they fixed the tire within 10 minuets no charge! I will use them each time I go to Sayulita 🙌🏻🤙🏼

We have been using Amanecer for the past 8 years to pick up the guests staying at our vacation rental Ventana al Mar in Sayulita. They have never missed a pickup, show up on time and are pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend them for a taxi service as well as for golf cart rentals. The carts are new and well cared for. They are the best!

Transportation service includes taxis, suburbans, golf carts. Just for tourists, very expensive service. Ugly personal

Suburban drivers are unreliable. Beware - do not use. THEY HAVE FORGOTTEN US A SECOND TIME.

If I could give zero stars I would.

They were supposed to pick us up at the airport, and we waited over an hour. We had to call them multiple times to sort it out. They ended up blaming our hotel company for the confusion. They asked for payment for the trip back...huge mistake on our part to prepay.

We made it clear with the driver when he brought us, the time to pick us up again for the ride back to the airport. We had to call them again after they forgot us a second time. Now it looks like we are going to be late for our flight.

I would like a partial refund for our trouble.

DO NOT USE THEM.

"Great customer service?" - calling me a liar. Read the review carefully, I didn't say I reserved, instead my hotel did. I didn't give a negative review after your first mistake. We prepaid with the driver after he dropped us off at the hotel for a return trip. Are you suggesting that we were ripped off by your driver? That you never intended to come pick us up? Upon taking our money, he agreed to pick us up for the trip to the airport at a specified time. He came 30 minutes late, after we called and complained.

The taxi is filthy. Empty beer can, trash. This is not worth the money.

They charged me twice on my visa and now I can’t reach them. Total scam!
They also gave me an uncharged cart that I had to push back and get a replacement cart.

We rented a golf cart from thisplace and when going down a hill almost hit someone because only one brake worked. When we took it back we were told it's only downhill you have to be careful. There are a lot of hills in Sayulita! We did get another cart and when we were going to go out at night , the headlights did not work. This was our last night, so i asked for a refund...nothing. Their carts are not very mechanically sound. I would never rent from this place again
