Good food with lots of vegetarian dishes. We really enjoyed the veggie tacos and the flan was fantastic.

We ate here two nights in a row (that’s how good it is). I high recommend it. I’ve had their chips and dip, chicken tacos, chicken burrito, chicken in mole sauce, the margaritas, taqueria shots, and their flan. All top notch amazing. Seriously. 10/10.

Spent 9 days in El Potrero Chico and ate at Checo's everyday. Had the cheapest and best vegetarian options in the area ! The family who owns the restaurant has been working hard to greatly extend the vegetarian and vegan options and they're doing great! Definitely check them out!

We were climbing close by for 5 days and ate here every night. It was so comfortable and homey. Don't miss out on the hot chocolate!!

Oh their food is absolutely scrumptious and the price is affordable. Their mole is homemade and out-of-this-world good. Keep an eye on their dinner specials, because that’s really where this eatery shines. Amazing homemade tamales, stuffed peppers, baked chicken, creamy flan, etc etc. Service is friendly and attentive, but can be a bit slow. But everything is made fresh to order, so sit tight, and in the meantime, tend to your limestone-inflicted finger wounds. A well-deserved five stars.

The best food in Potrero Chico. Very friendly owner (who speaks English well), delicious healthy food, and cozy atmosphere. The daily specials are always incredible. The prices are very good. This was our favorite place for dinner by far!!

My favorite spot near El Potrero Chico. I've tried all of their tacos and the veggie tacos were hands-down my favorite.

Wayyyyyy nicer place than Leo's unless you're really into eating with drunken kids, pretending to be able to sing along with the karaoke machine at volume 11.
