Very relaxing and calming! A perfect addition to our vacation to unwind… they have mats and props for you to borrow if you’re like us and didn’t have any! Very lovely and relaxing class :)

Rocio is a fantastic person and instructor. Her morning yoga class is a wonderful, peaceful way to start a day. I have been enjoying her classes in person and by Zoom for several years. The yoga studio is a great place to practice.

Every time I come to Puerto Morelos, I do Morning yoga classes with Rocio at Sundara Yoga. It’s clean, quiet and integrated to a beautiful green space. Rocio is a wonderful teacher who is very attentive to her students. It’s port side’s best kept secret!

Restorative hour of accessible and easy to follow yoga in a beautiful semi-enclosed space, situated in a gorgeous garden. I loved listening to the birds during the quiet, gentle practice. Highly recommend!

I am a lifelong yoga practitioner. I’ve been attending Rocio’s yoga classes since 2021. She brings a sensitivity to the practice that I’ve rarely experienced before, together with a beautifully non-competitive vibe. This has enabled me to attend her classes up to 3 times a week without overdoing it and hurting myself. Her classes are non-technical and move you forward from exactly where you are. If you ask for specific help, Rocio has a deep intuitive knowledge of how to guide you in exploring and strengthening your body. The practice space is beautiful and dreamy. The prices are reasonable. I cannot recommend this studio more highly.

If you are in Puerto Morelos and looking for yoga classes, you’ve got check Sundara Yoga. The place is so beautiful and Rocio a wonderful teacher. She teaches Hatha yoga and her classes are soft and meditative. The evening classes are so nice and peaceful, with the sound of the birds and quietness of the breeze as we are under the beautiful palapa. I love this place and Rocio’s teaching!

Excellent yoga studio that I attended 3x weekly in person for 2 years. The classes are offered in English and Spanish and are appropriate for all levels, from beginner to advanced. I always took classes with Rocio, who is an excellent teacher and speaks both English and Spanish fluently. Highly recommended!

Rocio is the best! I have taken classes both in person and over Zoom for several years now and I can't believe the difference doing this consistently over the year and not just when I am there in Puerto Morelos. Rocio is the kindest and most patient of teachers and always makes sure all students get the attention and assistance they need to get the most from her classes. And this location under the palapa with the gentle breeze and the sounds of the birds is such a peaceful, restorative place to do yoga.

Rocio was so patient and helped me enjoy Yoga. She is an amazing teacher!! Great place and organic essential oil spray for sale.

I love the gentle peace and calm of the yoga space, so nice to be in shaded, fresh air space with screens. Rocio is a wonderful teacher. Can’t wait to get back this winter and enjoy yoga 3 times a week.

I love yoga under a palapa. It is a very calming environment. Rocios classes are great. I appreciate that she gives options for poses if you need it. I always leave with a better attitude. I highly recommend Rocio and Sundra studio.

My new go-to yoga studio! I took both private and group lessons. Superb instruction. Warm and friendly vibe. Beautiful studio, which is open-air for practice rain or shine. Hatha, Vinsaya, and Yin so plenty of choice. See you in January!

Excelente lugar, la maestra es muy buena. Incluso si eres principiante te pone ejercicios de acuerdo a tu habilidad. Muy buena clase, súper recomendable, los beneficios son muy buenos para tu salud y para tu cuerpo.
