My friend recommended Chapa for dinner. Since we were a big party, I went ahead and called them to see if they could set up a table for 14, they agreed since we would be arriving soon. This accommodation and gesture from the restaurant was incredibly helpful because we arrived to a table and server that was ready for us. We all had a wonderful dinner, with incredible service. I was shocked to see all of our food come out at the same time. No one had to wait for someone else’s food to arrive. I do have one recommendation for the restaurant, they need to add a vegetarian option, other than the salads, to their menu. It would be incredible for those that don’t eat meat.

First time in Juarez at a RECF robotics event with a break for lunch….Wonderful surprise to find high quality food and service.

Everything is a 10/10 here, having dinner, breakfast, everything is always delicious and the service is excellent. I recommend it to enjoy some time in family or with friends, is a very versatile place to have a wonderful time.

Great customer service and food.

Great food, excellent service. As an American dining in their establishment they treated me very well and went out of their way to assist me with my limited Spanish skills. I recommend parrillada for two followed by the house flan. Drinks from the bar are amazing!

Tasty, quality food with an upscale atmosphere. There was trance/EDM going on in the background which seemed a little out of place, but I like that music so I didn't mind. Service and wait to get the check was a bit slow, but we did visit during a jam packed time.

The food is cooked to perfection with amazing flavors and freshness. The variety of dishes ranging from starters, to cuts to seafood to desserts and a very extensive selection of wines and liquors will satisfy anyone's palad.
The service is almost excellent (no one is perfect) but be assured that you'll enjoy a very nice time at the beautiful restaurant lobby listening to soft pop background music.
I highly recommend the "champiñones al ajillo" and then your choice of a dish. Enjoy!

Restaurant is in a nice area, very clean, staff very friendly. Food was exceptional, the prices awesome. Had line music, great atmosphere. My Spanish is not the greatest, but that was not a problem. I recommend this place be it by yourself out with a large party, they can handle it.

Live music and good food. I recommend this place. The wait staff is constantly taking the plates that you are done with and asking you if you need anything.

The food was very good, the only reason I don't give the food 5 stars is because my Ribeye was a little too fatty. The taste was amazing. The waiters were on the ball, good service with a good attitude. The atmosphere was just what it's supposed to be. The smells from the kitchen were amazing. I would go back many more times.
The value was just right. Beer was cold!!!!

Nice place with excellent service and food!

This place might be on a major road, but it's not highly trafficked like other restaurants that are closer to the border. Which is good for customers. The food is really good and inexpensive. Family of four will eat well under $30 US dollars. Decor is interesting with many trophy heads. Even a hippo one! Very friendly and attentive waiters.
