I went to Sunset Dental for major dental work. I'm so pleased with everything that was done. Dr Alba and her assistant Daniela made me feel very comfortable through my five visits.
Dr Alba is fantastic and did such a great job, she was very compassionate explaining to me in English what was happening throughout everything. The staff there speaks English, everyone there was amazing.
I really felt Dr Alba was awesome and so dedicated to giving me the perfect smile! :)
I highly recommend them and will come back... and I'm a person that has a fear of dentist!

This was the second dentist I checked out for my crowns over implants in Bucerius as the first was priced close to CAD costs!
I am so glad I did! Dr. Edgardo Cruz Flores and his team were friendly, accommodating and professional. My cost for two crowns with abutments over my implants were less than half of what was quoted from the first dentist! What a relief! And Dr. Edgardo was exacting in making sure everything fit perfectly with no discomfort.
I would highly recommend to anyone needing dental work done!

I chipped a tooth while I was eating dinner and popped in the next morning. This place was an absolute gem! They calmed my nerves and were so so helpful. The staff are incredibly sweet and the design of the place is sure to put you at ease. THANK YOU!

Needed a new denture plate. Explained I wanted a nice smile and good quality. Edger and his team were great. Took all the time needed, listening to my concerns. The fitting often takes 4 to 6 visits for perfect fit. Nice modern, clean facilities. Price was right.

I had a filling replaced, chipped tooth repaired and a cleaning done over 2 visits. I thought I needed a crown but was shown by xray and pictures that it was not necessary and a replacement filling was all that was needed. I was very impressed by their honest assessment. The service was excellent, diligent and very thorough. I would highly recommend them to fellow visitors to Bucerias.

I'm not surprised this place has 5 solid stars. Not only are their prices competitive (I checked around) but the staff are absolutely lovely. I had a cleaning, and then went again this morning for a filling on a broken tooth. Genesis put a ton of work in to prep me for the filling but in the end, the cavity was too deep and after checking with her specialist, it was decided that I will need a root canal :(...however, because she wasn't able to do the filling, I wasn't charged for the visit which I REALLY appreciate. Although I'm not looking forward to getting a root canal (who does!), I must say that I am very happy with my experience so far. I am terrified of dentists but not only did Genesis put my mind at ease, she backed it up by actually not causing me any pain!

This is a great find. I got crowns for my 4 front teeth. They had been discolored from medicine I had as a child and I had veneers for years. I am from NYC and of course we have great dentists. I think these guys are better. I am so happy with the results - so natural and lovely. The team took great care, was very concerned about my comfort/happiness and they make the crowns right there so if there’s a problem, no big deal. I also had a tooth cleaning which was very reasonably priced. Go!

My husband and I had cleanings and checkups. They went very well. I needed a repair on a molar filling and some other surface work. It all went very well. I saw Dr Genesis. I recommend them!

So the Mrs and I came on our annual trip to Mexico and she was having the worse possible time because of an infection on her tooth which wasn’t treated well in London. We went to the local Pharmacy to get some medicine where a couple who loved from Canada recommended us to go visit Dr Lopez and his team. We went the next day and the dental surgery itself is spotless and well designed. The receptionist and the nurse were both friendly and welcoming and Dr Lopez was the same. Dr Lopez is extremely knowledgable and uses the latest technology and the most modern techniques. He recommended some antibiotics for the Mrs after doing an X-ray but also told her what to do next when she comes back. I personally haven’t been to a dentist in 4 years so I thought I should get a clean while I am here, his steady hands and modern techniques made the cleaning therapeutic and the after results were just phenomenal. After the cleaning he noticed that I needed a cavity but didn’t push to sell me the treatment, I went for it and once again he did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is visiting and staying locally. Thank you Dr Lopez and the team in Sunset Dentistry.

Dental Sunset is a very nice dental clinic in the heart of Bucerias. The clinc is impeccably clean and all the equipment is up to date. The dentist opened up brand new packets of tools for the cleaning. The people in the clinic were are very friendly and nice and there was not a language barrier whatsoever because they were fluent in both English and Spanish.
I will be going back for further work from Dental Sunset this winter when I will have more time.

My brother-in-law and husband both got dental work done at DentalSunset in October and they were very pleased. It is a small office, very clean and professional, and they practiced all covid precautions. Very impressed.

Not only is this an excellent dental office but they also repaired my wife’s CPAC nose respirator with glue. Exceptional staff!

The very best in Bucerías. Top notch service. The staff are all well trained and well informed on modern practices.

They were awesome. Was told i might need crowns & after examination told me i dont and suggested a mouth guard which fits like a glove.
