Hospital CMQ Riviera Nayarit

I was staying at the Vidanta resort when I got very sick from something I ate or drank in Sayulita. My nurse Diana was amazing and made me feel like I was in good hands and really cared. She came to my room twice and stayed with me until the ambulance came. I asked if she was going to come with me but she couldn’t. The paramedic that she told me that was going to take me to the hospital name was Angel. He was amazing too and tried to make me feel comfortable. I was so scared being from the states and not being able to speak Spanish. He stayed with me until the ER doctor and nurses took over. He told me your in good hands and your going to be okay. Everyone in the ER was amazing. I had one nurse that could not see a vein on me she looked for about 3 mins and no luck. But like most nurses they would at least try and fish around for one but I was so blessed and thankful for her and she got another nurse to come over. I want her to know that takes skills to know when to walk away and ask for help. Thank you ❤ I appreciate you so much. The other nurse got an 18 g in my hand 1st try. Wow! Good job! Dam that’s a painful spot. They were so respectful of my privacy and knew I was so uncomfortable being so exposed. They tried to keep me covered up and a warm blanket on me too. They also made sure my personal belongings, like jewelry and clothes all stayed next to me and they let my husband stay with me too. Everyone was so nice, respectful, caring, and supportive. Then I got moved to a room for 3 days. Wow the room was big and nice! Very clean, quite, and private. My GI doctor Fernando he was great and spoke good English. All my nurses were good but I loved my guy nurses! He spoke good English too and would always check in on me. He told me he learned English by watching movies. He would always know the movies I was watching. Once I could finally have food it actually was not bad for hospital food. I’m so thankful for everyone that cared for me. I’m healing well from having E. coli and norovirus. Thank you all! ❤

I have had to go there twice .. ER over the last year. The customer service at the desk and ER was really great.. The doctors spoke English and were very thoughtful in explaining everything. The price was way cheaper than other hospitals in the area.. Definitely would recommend them... top quality facility.

Dr. Lorna Ursulo Perez. I have been a healthcare executive for over 20 years. I would describe her as the most knowledgeable, engaging, competent and teaching physician I have ever encountered. She is outstanding and I would most highly recommend her. You know she cares about you not just for you.

Had my hip surgery at the CMQ hospital. It's a 5 star facility. Dr del Toro is a n exceptional doctor. Very kind and knowledgeable Highly recommend!

The hospital is amazing; it seemed brand new, and the room was clean and comfortable. My son had food poisoning and we had to come into the emergency area at Hospital CMQ in Bucerias. The hospital was recommended to us by friends of ours who live in Bucerias part-time. We are so glad they pointed us in the right direction! Doctors spoke English well, the nurses and medical staff were very nice, and the prices were reasonable. At the end, our insurance company covered our expenses, so we didn't have to pay for the services ourselves. Overall it was a very good experience despite my son's unexpected illness!

I got covid here went to the hospital. They want $10,000. US. That's crazy I have incurance. Before they admitted me. So got a few meds. We home to suffer. 1.5 weeks. Still have trouble breathing. but too much money for treatment. Crazy. ..the dr. & staff were great. Clean hospital.

This place literally saved my life. I went in for what was thought to be broken ribs, and was rushed into surgery for a collapsed lung instead due to the knowledge and insight of the ER doctor. time was important during all this, decisions were made quickly, and I felt confident in how they were treating me. the doctors are excellent, and very attentive. The facilities are brand new with state of the art equipment. The staff and nurses were extremely friendly, caring, and well spoken in times of crisis. I highly recommend this hospital for any type of medical treatment.

I got bitten by stingray. One of the most painful experiences I had in my life and I had to come to this hospital. Staff and doctors were so nice and understanding. I had to take injection for my severe pain then on releasing, I got lots of medication to take. By the way, due to my situation, the nurse took me to emergency within a minute.

State of the art facility. Clean professional. I had a minor surgery and a heart stress test done here. They could also do angioplasty if necessary

Dr. Gyna and her nurses provided quality care and treatment when I needed stitches in my hand following a fall. The skin injuries have healed well. I was most impressed with the cleanliness of this facility and the professionalism of the staff.

My father had an emergency hip surgery at this hospital in Dec, 2 month later he was able to walk without any assistance. I would like to Thank Francisco Del Toro for the great job he did. Thank You!! I would definitely recommend this hospital.

During our recent vacations in Puerto Vallarta (our first visit to Mexico), my son suffered a concussion on an ATV tour in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle. Fortunately, we were referred by a local family to Hospital CMQ in Bucerias. The hospital was about 10 minutes away so we were lucky to be close by. Once we arrived to the hospital, we have to say that the medical attention that we received was truly amazing: nice and caring doctors who spoke english, attentive nurses, prompt medical care and follow up for my son after the accident. In addition, Hospital CMQ accepted our insurance coverage without a problem, so we didn't have to pay for my son's medical care. Overall, we had a great experience at this hospital and therefore, we would recommend it to anyone who needs medical care in Puerto Vallarta or Riviera Nayarit!

If you have to be in hospital, I highly recommend CMQ in Bucerias.!
The hospital itself is immaculate and the food was good.
Most importantly were the Drs, nurses and all the staff. Simply Wonderfull !
And Carmen was so helpfull.!

Mi sobrino se intoxicó y lo llevamos en la noche y la atención fue muy buena. El doctor fue muy profesional, las enfermeras amables y recepción muy rápida. Los felicito. No tardamos ni 25 minutos y mi sobrino empezó a sentirse muy bien.
