Coconuts by the Sea

I felt so much warmth and love at this family-run hotel. From the moment I got picked up, to the moment I was dropped off at the airport, Jackie, Jim, and Alexandro made me feel right at home. They made sure I had everything I needed, and their recommendations on where to eat and things to do were on point.

I'm still beaming about the location. Coconuts by the Sea took my breath away as soon as I stepped foot onto the property. I arrived at sunset and its location on the cliff gave me the best vantage point to see the entire bay.

The hotel is quiet and secluded, but just a short walk to the beach. I strolled along the empty beach every morning, walked to a nearby restaurant for breakfasts, and lazed about the pool in the afternoons. The hotel bar was also very cool.

The room I stayed in was clean and air-conditioned. The bed was super comfortable. My oceanfront patio gave me the most magical spot to watch whales every day!

This was the best escape! I’ll definitely be back.

Wow...it doesn't get better than this. Stunning view, great eclectic rooms, super clean and well appointed. Staff and owner were very friendly and attentive. They actually organized a couple of nights where we all ate together outside. Nicest beach in Mexico in my opinion. WILL stay there again and recommend anyone who wants to get off the beaten path to stay there.

We had a great weekend, wish it could of been longer but such a special place.
We were made to feel like part of the family Cissie the owner, and her Daughter Jackie are the nieces people, all the staff and really lovely.
Really clean and flowers in the rooms, great views over the bay.

Simply Outstanding, Paradise by the Sea !!! Our room included an outdoor kitchen and shower, super comfy king bed and incredible view of the ocean and jungle. Rustic and homey, this is a great retreat.

We love this place and have been coming back for years and years. It's wonderfully perched above a coconut grove along the beach and the proprietor is equally as lovely.

Love it, best place to stay.

Este lugar es verdaderamente especial, hecho para el descanso. Con una vista incomparable de la Bahía en Boca de Iguanas y el mejor servicio imaginable Coconuts by the Sea ofrece todo lo necesario para el sentirte como un rey. En cada habitación hay cocina con todos los implementos adecuados para su estadía, agua caliente y wifi. Si necesita ayuda el staff estará feliz de ayudar con todo lo que esté en sus manos. El pueblo de La Manzanilla está a 50 minutos caminando por la playa o 15 minutos en carro, donde podrá encontrar tanto insumos para su cocina como restautantes si no desea cocinar. Las playas de La vena y Tenacatita están muy cerca en carro por lo que tendrá opciones de playa si quiere salir de Boca de Iguanas. No querrá irse después de ver el atardecer desde un hamaca con su bebida favorita en este hotel. 100% recomendado!

Excepcional lugar para pasar unos días encantadores con vista a la Gran bahía de Boca de Iguanas. Sus propietarios, ni que decir. Excelentes anfitriones y personas. Gracias Cissie & Bob!!
