Hampton Inn by Hilton Piedras Negras

We really love this hotel. I love that with the Hilton app you can do your pre check in and choose your rooms. The rooms were very clean and everyone was so nice. The safety in the hotel is amazing there is closed parking and the elevators only allow you to your own floor. The breakfast was delicious with different options.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel about 4 or 5 times and each visit has been exceptional! The staff are always friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Our rooms have always been spotless and the housekeeping staff are fantastic at what they do. You're only a few steps away from great restaurants and bars, as well! Definitely recommend for a short or long-term trip.

It's the traditional Hampton Inn, just with less parking space. But it is comfortable for the night or a small meeting since their conference rooms are well equipped.

Hotel was very nice and very clean. It's far better than the hotel on the United States side. Rooms are nicer and breakfast is way better. Employees are very nice and speak English if you need to speak English. I more than likely will be staying at this Hampton instead of the one in Eagle Pass from now on. It's cheaper too!

My favorite place to stay when I Crisanto Piedras Negras coahuila. Always clean breakfast is fantastic great staff. Please stay here. My number one hotel so far. I love coming with my family

The hotel was very nice. Clean and very quiet in the mornings. The walls are very thick so you don’t hear the hallways or people in the next room. The area is very safe. A lot of restaurants near by. The breakfast was very good. The only thing that I would say they could do better is room service. The food wasn’t all that good. The wings were burned and the spaghetti was cold and unflavored. Other than that everything else was great. Very modern hotel I would come again!

I love this Hotel! 😍 the rooms are always clean when we stay here. They do take some time to clean the room and will make you wait for about 15 min but always clean from the bed sheets to the floor. Location is convenient because their are restaurants in a walking distance and the service is friendly and will help you find a solution for any problem you have.

The receptionists were professional and polite. The rooms were nice and the beds were sooo comfy, the only negative was that the alarm clock in the room went off in the middle of the night two times, but I just unplugged it and went back to sleep. The pool was great too, but if u could add a little more shading in the seating area that would be even better. Breakfast was what I expected (neutral). The hotel is overall really nice, with a few minor hiccups that can be easily solved, but I'm not going to be a Karen and give a 2-star rating just for that.

Nice, clean, and shiny place to stay. The front desk staff spoke both English and Spanish very well. The included breakfast was nice and delicious. Helpful staff that explained everything quite nicely. Recomendaría este hotel a cualquiera. Buen trabajo.

Fantastic hotel in PN! I stay here a couple times a year and find it to be exceptionally managed and always clean. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast buffet and located close to outstanding restaurants.

Great fitness center and pool area. There is a Starbucks that is walking distance.

I am totally impressed. Everything about the hotel is awesome. The hotel menu has the best chicken soup I have ever had. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful without being fake about it. It is very quite, you don't hear any noise at night. Has a European feel to the hotel. I could not recommend it any higher. Second favorite hotel of all time.

Stayed there for about 5 months for work. Really liked the place. Staff is amazing! They are friendly and always there to help. Breakfast is one of the best I had in hotels. Rooms are clean and comfy. Thanks for everything! :)

I stayed in Hampton by Hilton in Piedras Negras, and is by far the best hotel in the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the place is beautiful, detailed clean and disinfected, and trust me that gives lots of peace of mind at sleep time. The food is delicious I have to say, I tried chicken fajitas and they were very tasty❤

The best customer service. All the workers are so friendly and the rooms are clean and huge too. One worker especially at the front desk I believe her name is Alex, the receptionist was super helpful and kind! I strongly recommend this hotel!

My experience at the Hampton Inn by Hilton Piedras Negras was wonderful. I felt welcome by the front desk employees, they were very helpful and friendly. The hotel and the rooms were very clean. I enjoyed my stayed at the hotel. I recommend this hotel 100%.

This hotel is a really good choice for those travelling to Piedras Negras, the rooms are nice, the breakfast is always good and served until 10:30, and the staff provides an excellent service. Overall, I am very satisfied with this hotel and would come back anytime!

We stay across the border due no luck finding a hotel in Eagle Pass. It was our lucky night to find the Hampton Inn because it was one of my greatest experience in Mexico and Fiancée was very impressed on his first trip to Piedras Negras

This place was great in Every aspect of Accommodations from pool to breakfast great place to stay and If you every stay Ask for Alex she is a sweetheart and will help you with all your needs and she will go above and beyond truly amazing girl hope one day she becomes manger

Always sparkly clean and freshly updated rooms. The best full breakfasts with high quality dishes, juices, fruits, breads, coffee and tea.
