Beautiful hacienda. An example of old times. The food is superb, traditional Yucatecan dishes at its top. Delicious cocktails with mezcal and a service that exceed your expectations. Mariano, our waiter, one of the best!!! Not easy to get there, especially if you are planning to take dinner and drive at night because of the roads, but, it's worth it, totally. If you can stay there to pass the night, it's an incredible place.

A stunning, impeccable property with utterly professional staff. We stayed for two nights during low season and had the entire domain to ourselves. Fantastic pool where you're surrounded by all sorts of beautiful birds. Over a hundred different plant and flower species right on the grounds (12 hectares), all beautifully well taken care of, including a botanical garden for herbs and spices. Truly a paradise. We had all meals at the Hacienda and enjoyed every moment... huge thanks especially to Hector and Fidel, and to all the others, many of whom grew up together in the local town and have become true stewards of the place. After day two, we couldn't help but feel like we were welcomed guests and friends in a special community, all while in the comforts of a beautiful hacienda. Make sure to visit the henequen workshops down the street where you can admire and purchase artisanal products by local artists.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff. The hotel has 11 rooms, all unique and multiple pools. Very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant is fantastic, with great dishes and drinks. A good amount of tours are available, including a history, honey, bird, henequen, and the botanical garden tour. Bikes are available too, and we also took a Mayan class.

For us, this was a beautiful and very memorable way to get away from the hectic of our lives, recharge, and connect with part of our past. It's absolutely worth the money you pay and we would love to come back.

Perfect - beautiful hacienda with incredible staff, often feels like you’re the only ones there. We were upgraded to a simply massive suite which I would have happily lived in the rest of my life. Extremely worth the trek out to it. So peaceful.

This Hacienda was amazing. We came for a family vacation to relax and were immediately blown away with the friendliness of the staff and the beautiful, tranquil atmosphere.

The staff are happy to accommodate your needs, the food is very good and very reasonable, the rooms are beautiful. We also had a private courtyard and garden area for our own little pool/tub that was so relaxing.

The privacy and quiet is amazing. They do have some games, and you can tour the grounds - it’s not an action-packed stay but if you want a relaxing stay at a beautiful place - or a launching pad for Progresso or Mérida I recommend this. One of our favorite vacation spots ever!

This is an amazing property! Superseded every single one of my expectations from the second we drove onto the property. The Hacienda is gorgeous and ALL of the staff is top notch. This is Hacienda Luxury at it's best. Private pools, hammocks, botanical gardens, spa, excellent food and service while surround by jungle, birds in a centuries old Hacienda. We enjoyed so much just relaxing on our private patio and soaking in the the pool watching the amazing bird shows around us....especially in the mornings. Roaming through the botanical gardens and meeting Don Victor the herbalist was a real treat. He made us special teas and showed us the medicinal plants and how to use them to heal....amazing! We also got to see the Meliponia bee farm and tasted freshly harvested honey. If we only could have stayed another week!!!! We'll be back!!!

What a wonderful smaller hacienda. The hospitality is not intrusive yet I never waited long for what I needed. Marriott status goes a long way here. Food is quite good. Rooms are just incredible. The tubs, shower, beds… and waking up to the birds and nature. Walking the grounds is a real treat also. I highly recommend for a night or two, especially from Merida.

Best Hacienda Resort ! Cuisine is excellent! Ambiance is full of nature and interesting views if you love photography, relaxing time all the time, astonishing service, big pool and great surroundings! It is a must if you are looking for luxury and quiet times!

Fantastic food in a beautiful hacienda. I had a steak stuffed with spinach and a few other veggies that was great! The grounds were stunning with a awesome pool. Worth checking out if you are in the area.

My wife and I came here two years ago and we just had to return. Staff greeted us at the car and has been amazingly attentive ever since our arrival.
We love birds, and the grounds are excellent for early morning birding. We spotted parrots, a mot mot, orioles, pygmy owl, mockongbirds, woospeckers to name the most spectacular. The bird guide is very knowledgeable.
If you want tranquility and natural surroundings this is the placed for you.

Gorgeous property just an hour from historic Merida. Service was beyond excellent. Attentive staff, great with my kids. They had board games, kids archery set, kids menu and placemats to keep them busy with. Stunning pool and grounds. They have a botanical garden filled with Mayan medicinal plants and a Mayan doctor on site. We got to see the melipona bees that they have on site. They even let us help harvest some of the honey (these bees don't have stingers) and the kids thought that was awesome. We were able to take part and see how they cook the cochinita pibil.(Where has this dish been my entire life?) My son was able to help make traditional tortillas. Unbelievable experience! On a side note- this hacienda is in the Mayan jungle. Please understand it is impossible to keep every bug out. It's a jungle people. If your looking for a city hotel go to Cancun. If your looking for an experience to remember, excellent food, and authentic...everything, come here.

Amazing regional food. The best Yucatan food you could try, the "cochinita pibil" its great. This place its build on the center house of and old "Hacienda" and the only way to get to it its crossing the town build around of it. Its strange arriving to it, but once you are there, its an incredible place. Some european people love to reserve it and use it like an hotel. The best service and easy going place you will find!

Only ate lunch here but I'd love to stay. I didn't look into prices but judging on how amazing everything looked I think it might be out of my price range. Fantastically restored hacienda with charm and history.

Within this Hacienda you feel the flow of the time and the wind. Very quite, excellent service and great for relaxing. It is worthwhile visiting it.
