Hilton Garden Inn Monterrey Airport

The location is right at the airport. They are connected from terminal B.
The restaurant serves really good food and the waiters are friendly.

They also has a shuttle buss which could take you anywhere within 10K distance. This is extremely nice service that they offer.

The receptionists are kind and do their job wonderfully.

I recommend staying this hotel.

The receptionist are so kindly and gave me good smile to me who are not good at speak English and Spanish. That why I like the hotel.
The atmosphere on hotel front was that I felt so friendly.
Off course the cleanness is so good and facilities was no problem although it’s a little old.
In total the receptionist help your score!!

Better to reserve ahead of time. You're not going to save a dime, but then...is that why you choose The Hilton Garden? Probably not.

The hotel is on airport grounds. It’s a very short walk from Terminal A and has a skywalk to Terminal B. Parking is free in the airport short term lot with a voucher from the hotel. The staff was great. Breakfast was awesome. The room was clean. Even with a busy airport yards away the runway facing room was quiet.

Great place to unwind after a long day in the field. Great executive lounge with a 5th floor view, free light snacks and drinks. For something a little heavier head to the restaurant on the 1st floor where Mario will most likely be your bartender. Shout out to Miriam who took great care of me in the Executive lounge and Mildred at the front desk. The rooms are the Hilton quality that you expect but it is the staff that really brings this location over the top!

I travel to many Hilton properties all over and this place has some of the best customer service anywhere. Mildred is AMAZING at her job. I don't know her personally but I have checked in when they are extremely busy and when its not so busy and she is the same welcoming and pleasant professional, regardless of what is happening. And she remembers and call people by their names! The hotel has a good bar/restaurant and its walking distance to Terminal A. When you add the cleanliness and quiet(rooms are very quiet to be in an airport), I would highly recommend.

Everything inside the room was perfectly clean. Feels like brand new hotel. The receptionist was very polite and helpful though we checked in at 2 a.m. without any preliminary booking. Enjoyed the breakfast too. Fresh fruits and fried eggs and some local stuff.

In a walking distance from Monterrey Airport. Has a restaurant with good food and affordable prices.
Rooms are fits business travelers with coffee maker and free wifi.
Staff are friendly, helpful, and very polite.

I've stayed at this hotel 2 times already and both times I have had a great experience. The rooms are clean, Gym was cleaned and it was a good size for what I needed. I felt secured and since it was walking distance from the airport it made it a no brainer to stay there. Also service at the restaurant and bar were amazing and food was great too!

The ease of access for an international flight is exceptional. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

Excellent treatment. The staff is very polite and will help you with any doubt you have. Breakfast es very good and the rooms are comfortable and with spacious. The direct access to terminal B is very useful in case of rain and to escape the heat of Monterrey. The laundry service is good and useful. The only thing I would change is the air conditioning in the elevator from the terminal. It has no active ventilation and may trap odors.

I was really surprised, no air noise in the night. Easy access to the airport. Nice rooms and good restaurant. Nice service and help when needed.

Very convenient location for the airport. You cannot get any closer. Everything about the hotel exceeded my expectation. Very clean, friendly, easy check in, modest walk from the terminal. Just a great overall experience. We did not get a chance to use any of the amenities, but they did look quality as well.

Friendly staff. Clean. Convenient. Comfortable beds, surprisingly quiet given its literally at the airport. Easy 3 min walk to terminal A. ...And if it matters..the check in staff is Fluent in English

Beautiful decoration in all places, from the lobby and restaurants to the room. Nice furniture and good service. Internet connection it's ok, I didn't have any problem with it. Great for business and if you can afford it for pleasure as well.

Nice newer hotel connected to the airport. Could not be more convenient. Rooms are great. I have had a couple issues with local taxis, they want to overcharge big time, avoid unless yoy do not care. Have the hotel shuttle take you to the casino, driver is a great guy and speaks pretty good english. Food is good for lunch but I am not very fond of the breakfast. Fivestars for new and connected to the airport.

Great and awesome hotel which is so close to the Monterey airport. Its within walking distance to Terminal A. The hotel has a great restaurant with a bar. Staffs are super cool.
