Melaque Paradise

We are 1 month in of a 5 month stay. I have checked out a few other long stay bungalows. This is by far the nicest. Beautiful well maintained grounds, lovely big pool, 5 to 15 min walk to restaurants, grocery stores, the main square and 4 blocks to the beach. Comfy beds and kitchen equipped with lower end dishes, cutlery, pots and pans as expected. Rooms cleaned twice weekly. The surrounding area is typical old town Mexico. Some streets with pavers or concrete and many with rocks, potholes and dirt but still walkable. If you want authentic Mexico without huge crowds and a nice place to stay, this is a great place.

I've visited this place several times by using the Camping zone because of my pet Zika, only this zone it's pet friendly... It's cheaper if you go with your camping store but if you don't have anyone you can rent one in there. Also you have access to the pool, bathrooms, showers, parking and washing machine if you need to clean your clothes.
Also, if you travel in a group, you can use a house with private parking for your car and it isn't expensive.
It's only 5 blocks to the beach and there are many restaurants near the area. A very clean pool, beautiful sunbeds, and a good hosting service!

Great place to stay. Clean, nice pool, friendly owners. Not near the resorts but perfect for a more authentic local experience. Beach is only a 4 block walk away, and there is a restautaunt next door run by an expat with delicious food. Gated and safe.

Great suite with well equipped kitchen, great coffee maker, hot shower and comfortable bed. Nice pool, secure parking and good location. Would be great for long term... will definitely stay again... Gracias!

Fully equiped bungalows, neat and clean rooms. You will find a very comfy bedroom with AC.

This is our second year here in the RV park and we love it here. Staff is friendly and helpful. And Melaque is a great place for a couple from Canada to spend the winter months.

bought a WiFi booster and are quite happy here, considering trailering here next year even tho many inexpensive accommodations around.

It was amazing i love the food, the people and the culture. It was calm i didn't see any homeless.

Not only are the grounds kept immaculately the staff is the best in all of Melaque! We love spending our winters here!
