So polite and kind. Very respectful and polite! Great customer service and the service is excellent for individuals who are from other countries. Friendly employees and managers! Very honest about the services and your money too. The staff provided me with a clear understanding and explanation for what I didn't know about, including safety precautions. I trust my business with this small yet convenient bank. I am grateful and 100% satisfied with Banco Intercam. I feel at home with the way they take care me and other customers. They demonstrate professionalism and support. I cannot trust any other bank to do business with in this town of Melaque because I don't feel respected or appreciated. Thanks for small convenient banks as this one, I have hope and trust for investing for my future and retirement. They also helped me by making sure I was providing and writing a check correctly to the person that I was buying property from and actually had them meet with me at the bank for their deposit

I recently opened an account at intercom. The security for account holders is incredible. English speakers in the branch that are very efficient.

Excellent service. Best in Mexico by far. Ivan is extremely professional and helpful and will do all he can to resolve issues. We changed from Banamex because of the great service at Intercam Melaque.
