La Oficina Bar & Restaurant

By far the best bar & restaurant in the Melaque area. Aaron the owner is an excellent host and he’s supported by his wife Juliano, who is an amazing cook. Jasmine is an outstanding server and takes great care of you while you’re there.

The Mojito’s are a must and the burgers are some of the best we’ve had, including the crispy chicken burger.

On vacation in the area and have been here three times in just over a week.

We enjoyed a delicious dinner, I had a BBQ chicken burger with grilled pineapple Lee had a bacon cheeseburger both with crispy fries. We enjoyed dinner while listening to Bob Connolly playing the guitar and singing, he was very entertaining. The atmosphere was comfortable, food and drink terrific and excellent service. The restaurant is family owned and run, Aaron runs the front of the house and his lovely wife runs the kitchen.

The food is always exceptional at La Oficina, I've never had a bad meal there, not even a mediocre one. Juliana makes all the salad dressings and sauces herself and makes the buns for the burgers. And the beer is always cold. I never get tired of eating there.

We had lunch here and we couldn't be more pleased with the food and the service. OMG the hamburgers are to die for -fresh ground beef about one inch thick and done to perfection. They were served with fantastic Cesar salad and roasted vegetables. My wife and I realised after that we could have split one and still had enough. Have a big appetite when you go. You will not be disappointed. Food great and very reasonable prices.

The most delicious food, homemade rolls, picklrs, dressings. Aaron was a hospitable host!

Great food, cold beverages, exceptionally clean with modern facilities and a friendly staff.
Live music several evenings a week plus major sporting events in English on multiple large screen televisions.

1st class Villa Obregon all the way ... drinks, menu, service, facilities, entertainment, atmosphere, et al. Aaron and Juliana have created a unique experience in Melaque that invites often repeated and always satisfying good times.

Great food and drinks tonight along with mellow, just right acoustic guitar. One of my all time favorite spots!

La Oficina is a local Villa Obregòn establishment with live music, pleasant owners/operaters, slow roasted meats, homeade dressings, dips, Caesar salads, slow cooked beans, handmade sausages/bratwursts, homemade pickles & ferments, cold beers and a friendly staff. The food is always top-shelf, and you should visit. If not for the fried pickles and pineapple monitors.

One of my favorite spots on the bay. Aaron is always great company-- and the food is consistently good. One of those places where everyone knows your name.
