The food is fresh and delicious! We've had the guac (pictured) shrimp, fish filet, and pollo dishes and will go back again to try more. The people who work there are so nice! It's a good view, and the margaritas are grande, yummy, and only $70 pesos.

Amazing SHRIMP and FISH! The HUGE tasty COCONUT SHRIMP here is the best we’ve had in Mexico! And one order is plenty for two adults! Service is a bit slow but the view on the lagoon and gorgeous parota slab tables more than compensate. Go hungry and Don’t miss this place!

Set alongside Barra de Navidad lagoon, Arenas del Mar is a charming waterside restaurant that hits the mark on all fronts.

Service is super-friendly and prompt, and the atmosphere is rustic, warm, and welcoming. Prices, too, are fair given the superb quality of what's on offer.

Highly, HIGHLY recommended.

The seafood was as fresh as can be, we had two dishes and both were delicious!

Tried this spot on a whim - don’t let appearances fool you. Delicious, fresh seafood! Started with the seafood tower (pictured) which could easily be shared by 4 people. My wife had the garlic shrimp and I had the coconut shrimp - one of the best meals of our trip. Generous portion of rice and salad. Great service. Glad we tried it!!!

This restaurant is my family’s favorite. If you want to enjoy Barra de Navidad like a local you must come visit Olivia and her team. A great option to taste the menu is “El barco”

Good cross winds and views of pangas and lagoon. Menu selections good, used fresh ingredients, off the dock or nearby supplier. Drinks came out cold and food hot off the grill. Seems like a newer family run restaurant worth a visit.

Excellent place, scenic, friendly, good food, maybe a bit bland. Waitress was charming and helpful.

Muy agusto buen lugar a la orilla de la laguna en barra buena decoracion un lugar fresco y ameno sus mesas de parota su pequeño muelle todo muy agusto yo fui por una boda que se celebro alli pero estuvo bien planeada recomendable cenamos rollo de mariscos con unos buenos drinks ,para las mujeres clericot el agualoca de las doñas jajaj

Cuando visito barra de Navidad en automático me imagino la cocina de arenas de mar donde todo es delicioso tanto como sus platillos y sus bebidas siempre son un iman sus mariscos deliciosos 😋😋😋😋😋

Una excelente opción si buscas la combinación entre sabor, atención y precio. Me encantó todo, los camarones momia deliciosos la verdad, el arroz y el rollo de mar, todo super bien servido, buenas porciones. La atención buenísima.

Excelente lugar a la orilla del mar. Comida deliciosa y buen servicio. Vengase con hambre o compartan el platillo porque está muy bien servido.

SIN PALABRAS!!!De verdad que delicia de platillos, todos exquisitamente preparados, con porciones muy abundantes y buena presentación del platillo, les falló un poco la variedad de cerveza pero con la maravillosa atención que tuvimos ni se sintió. Los precios super accesibles, tiene estacionamiento pequeño pero bien. La vista muy linda también a toda la laguna. Definitivamente muero de ganas por volver ahí
