Hotel Hacienda Ucazanaztacua

If you are ever in or near Patzcuaro i highly recommwnd you stay hear even if its for a couple of nights. The service is great, the views of lake and Island of Janitzio are phenomenal. The pool is heated during cold season and the food was also terrific!

Magnificent hotel, great food, great views, great donkey. A sauna in the room was the cherry on the cake. Recomendado al 100 raza.

Went there to grab some food because we wanted to avoid the Patzcuaro Christmas crowd. You need to get there by car its like 30 min on the road to Patzcuaro. The place is quite nice, the view of the lake is great! We ate at lunch time there, the food is good a little bit pricey and the portions are small, but like I said it's really tasty. I recommend this place if you already have visited Patzcuaro city center and wish to have a good view of the lake without the crowds.

Stay in the hotel was a lovely experience, muy boyfriend and I were very placed, the atention of the waiters was incredible, they make US feel like home, the food was delicious and has a touch of Sky, i'll definetly come back

Increíble lugar para hospedarse. Solo fuimos a desayunar y el servicio y la comida fue excelente. Nos mostraron habitaciones con mucha amabilidad y atención, las habitaciones están increíbles y lo mejor son sus vistas y decoración. Felicito al personal. Tienen un buen hotel y su gran servicio hace que te sientas bienvenido. Recomiendo.

Fuimos a desayunar y volvería sin pensarlo. El menú es selección de la casa, son 3 tiempos e incluye jugo, café y fruta. Las porciones son abundantes y la comida es simplemente deliciosa, no hay forma de que salgas con hambre del lugar. Además desayunar con esa vista no tiene palabras. El lugar es bello bello bello.

El servicio es muy eficiente y servicial. No encontramos a ningún miembro del equipo que fuera descortés, todo lo contrario, todos son sumamente amables. Cuando llegamos le dieron la mesa que habíamos reservado a otras personas pero lo resolvieron rápido y de la mejor manera.

Llegar es relativamente sencillo pero no está en una zona comercial, en lo absoluto. Además para entrar hay una pendiente muy pronunciada y puede ser algo estresante. Sobre todo la subida de salida, si llevas coche estándar, buena suerte. Hay suficiente espacio para estacionarse.

Tuvimos la suerte de ir cerca de día de muertos y estaban montando su altar, una verdadera obra de arte, bellísimo.

La atención del personal es excelente, sr Rafael, Julio, ambos Jesús, Enrique muuy amables y atentos 🙏hacen que el lugar sea muy agradable y te sientas muy agusto. Vista increíble, la comida ufff exquisita... y la musiquita clásica de fondo hace que sea un ambiente muy cautivador.
