Stayed with Ibis for 1 night and was very satisfied with it!

Staff are all very friendly and room and clean and tidy, basic amenities are offered so as other stuff like ironing board and safe.

Just to note that the surrounding is quite deserted, only one basic convenient shop with you need snacks or drinks and there are no food nor restaurant.

Overall, it is still a very good place to stay. Definitely worth the bucks!

We love that we could get a room that has 2 bunk beds and a queen bed so we dont have to split into 2 rooms when we travel as a family! What a lovely room concept.
The Lunch buffet was super value for money. Basic food items with a clean setting. The kids loved the candy floss machine and popcorn machine. Thanks to the staff at the Streats restaurant too for being very welcoming and friendly to the children!

The room is compact yet clean and comfortable. The bed is comfortable. The shower is satisfying with strong water pressure. There is a water dispenser at every floor. The location is fairly strategic which quite a distant to the nearby town and it’s in the midst of industrial area.

As a guest who recently stayed at Ibis Styles Johor Iskandar Puteri, I am delighted to share my excellent experience with the hotel. The service provided by the hotel staff was outstanding, love the swan made by Mr. Tushar, the hospitality of the marketing team , Mr. Eddie is amazing, service was top notch!😍 Always on standby whenever i need anything. Their hospitality made me feel truly welcome. They were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable.

The food at the hotel was delicious at the strEATs buffet breakfast and The Fix Cafe & Deli baru. There was a wide variety to choose from. I thoroughly enjoyed every meal, and there was always an abundant selection. The hotel's amenities were amazing, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The facilities were well-maintained, and the room was clean and tidy.

What impressed me the most was the efficiency and neatness of the entire crew. They were fast in responding to any requests I had. I'm a very satisfied guest and would highly recommend Ibis Styles Johor Iskandar Puteri to others looking for a fantastic place to stay at JB! 🤩

Service from hotel staff is good, especially the security uncle who first greeted my son, which always win the parents' heart. Limited hotel facility but well-covered with complete information provided in the room. Breakfast is simple and sufficient but need improvement on food quality.

My stay here was quite pleasant but only because of the excellent service by food and beverage associate, Joshua. Joshua is a talented young man who's bright and cheerful attitude makes the overall experience a 5 star worthy one. He is extremely helpful and intelligent and will go far in life.

Have a birthday staycation at Ibis Iskandar Puteri. It was a last-minute pit stop as my little one was not feeling well so we had to stop in Johor Baru. This was the second time staying at the hotel and I was really amazed at the service given by Ibis, so much better than the last Hotel (Mecure) I stayed. The duty manager, Wan was really helpful in assisting with our check-in and it was a breeze. He also help in getting us a connecting room as we booked 2 rooms instead of one, which was a blessing as the little one could rest better.

Ibis Iskandar Puteri is also well located to Legoland and the premium outlet stores. We found Aeon Bukit Indah near too, a 15min drive. There is also a good Wonton noodles shop just 3 min drive from the hotel.

Will definitely be back!

Room is clean, bed was comfortable - bolsters provided was a plus point. Room was also spacious. Breakfast was value for money, service staffs were warm and friendly. Carpark was secure and accessibly, brightly lit.

Not the best location. Far from everything. Very value for money hotel if you want to be near Legoland, Puteri harbour or Premium outlet.

Stayed here twice. First stay wasn’t very positive. However my recent stay was very amazing. We checked in pretty late at around 10pm. Since we had the Spartan race to go to the next day, we requested for a late checkout. To my surprise, the staff accommodated to that and gave us and extended late check out to 3pm, which they did not have to.

I was having a bad migraine the night and special mention to Ms Siti Hawa who offered me her own supply of Panadol. That had saved me some agony and later relieved my friend’s fever. We are all very grateful of the service offered by the hotel staff and felt very welcomed. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area. It’s a pity that there weren’t many facilities around.

it was once again a wonderful stay with the most impeccable support from front desk (Jessy). Jessy had took the initiative and lead to support my parcel that need to be picked up by the courier after my departure. Really appreciate Jessy and her team for the professional and friendly support. My kids enjoyed the time there even if it is for 1 night. Keep up the good work!

Last week was my first time staying at Ibis Iskandar Puteri. We were like to give a huge shout out to the day security guard who is so helpful and nice throughout our 3 day stay there. We can see that he’s really passionate about his work. When we arrive, he was professional and helpful to show my daughter to the small play area at the check in counter area. My daughter was so happy to see toys and I have an easy check in while my husband was parking his car. On the 2nd day before we headed out, my daughter ran to the play area with her soft toy to play again, when she left, she actually placed the duck soft toy on the stool without us realising as well. When we got up the car, we saw him waving at us from the main entrance and holding my daughter stuff toy. He’s very alert and quick. Really thankful towards him. He’s a gem to the hotel. Not to forget the staff at the check in counter are friendly and helpful as well. 👍🏻💯

Though The location is quite off as it’s situated in the middle of an industrial area.
Literally nothing within walking distance.
But if you have a car, then it’s not an issue. It’s 19 mins drive to Johor premium outlet & 17 min drive to Legoland. There’s outdoor carpark as well as basement hotel carpark. Outdoor carpark does not belong to the hotel property but it’s free too. Throughout our 3 days there, we park at outdoor cp for convenience. So far it’s safe.
I love the room too, it’s carpeted, clean & modern looking.

We will definitely be back again.

very nice hotel in this area, value for money. design of their hotel quite special, not the grand type but cozy and comfortable type, like it very much. hotel breakfast quite normal, it will be vale added if they can improve their breakfast

I love this hotel so much. Very neat, calm and the room is very clean. A lot of car park and safe. I would repeat if i go to johor again.

Cons: the location is quite far from restaurant and mart. Also, please becareful as the road have a lot of hole and not to mention foreigners as well.

I try ordered food delivery from Grab late at night, and the response was really fast! This was my first time trying this service, and I was surprised at how quickly they delivered my food. I’ll definitely be using this service again in the future.

Good hotel and best breakfast, i give 5stat.
But especially i want to thanks one of Bangladesh workers whos name Tushar if I'm not wrong. His service was supper. He made two bird use a towel, it was just amazing. My wife was so happy for it. I'm really greatfull. Will come again 👍

Nice to stay here. But the cafe staff dress code needs to change. The girls look very appropriate compared to the guys wearing jeans.

Not bad, staff all friendly and nice. Room was clean, some cigarette smell through the air circulation, suggest aircon service to clean filters. Others all good. Breakfast provided.

Hotel is new and all staff from concierge to check in to restaurant are very friendly. They took the extra mile for me. Keep up the spirit Guys! Recommend for your stay.

When I went to visit Johor with my family from Kalarampur Then I ibis hotel Stay for three daysI was so excited when I entered the lobby to see a housekeeping staffHe looked very handsome his name was (Tushar)He helped me a lot he took my clothes up to my room And my mother and my family were very happy to see his service And I stay for three days two out of three days he cleaned my rooms very well and my family is very happy with his work thank you so much from me and my family..♥❤
