Good pharmacy that has been around for a long time.

Helpful staff that are willing to match prices or find alternatives to what you are looking for. They even try their best to find and order items that usual pharmacies do not keep on request by customers. They have a helpful WhatsApp chat that you can ask anything that is managed by the pharmacist themselves. Once they even went out of their way to help me print out all my past receipts from 2 years ago for claiming income tax, truly going beyond their scope of duty.

Their membership is totally free for lifetime, requiring only a name, phone number and birthday to sign up, and helps to keep record of what you have bought, it even has a point systems that after comparing with all other pharmacies on Penang is in my opinion one of the best ringgit to points conversion ratio, and is also linked to all their other branches for easy traceability.

Every month they have some items with special promotional prices and purchase with purchases. They even gave me a free eco-friendly bag that will entitle me to a RM1 discount every time I bring it for future purchases, and also gave me a free blood glucose test after RM30 spending that I can use anytime or for my other family members. I even saw they were giving free blood pressure tests for other walk-in customers with consultation advice.

Helpful staff and reasonable price. No worries about getting car park because there are ample of them behind the shop lot. Good location if you are around Batu maung or Bayan Lepas FTZ 4.

They will help order or advice alternative if they do not have what you wanted.
