Malaysia Airlines (Bangunan MAS)

In- flight service of MAS airline. Was travelling on 11/8/2022. From London, Heathrow to KLIA, Kuala Lumpur. Me & my husband was having a very pleasant in - flight service by pleasant air stewards & Air hostess. Thank for the great service. ❤⭐👍Highly recommended to travel by MAS again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We traveled by Malaysian Airline from Bangalore to Melbourne on 27th September. To be very frank overall experience is very bad. The cabin crews were not very attentive and friendly. We booked our food in advance. Even then we didn’t receive the food ahead of others. After reaching KL I did not find any airline staff to direct the transit passengers to the transit gate which needs to go by bus. After reaching the mentioned gate there was not enough space for the people to sit and relax until the gate opens.
During the next leg after boarding we were given only snacks as our dinner. While we asked the crew members they said we will get breakfast before arrival. It seems the breakfast provided was the dinner packet. It was a full course meals packet.

Wir sind mit Malaysia Airlines von Kuala Lumpur nach Doha geflogen. Die Maschine war sauber, das Personal aber scheinbar ziemlich überfordert und unabgestimmt. Mehrmals wurde beim Nachtflug grundlos das Licht komplett eingeschaltet oder beim Service ausgeschaltet. Das nervt. Das Beste war aber ein Chicken Pie, das verteilt wurde. Es war schlicht eine Frechheit, so etwas als Essen zu verteilen.

Avoid them by all cost. They’re scammers. Always delay. Often cancel. Very unsafe planes, check the statistics of their emergency landings . Never give people refunds or compensation. Their plane almost crashed and they made emergency landing in Mumbai and left people there for 4 days!! Malaysian airlines stuff laughed at people being stuck. I hope they sue them and shame in all news!!

Charged a premium when I asked for a change of flight. Reason given was that the new flight will use newer plane and I have to take the premium seat, so I paid up. On the date itself, the supposedly new plane was not available and they revert to 'older' plane. So I asked the leading steward if I could get a refund for seating in a normal seat and he confirmed that he will put in a report. 2 months later, received email - no refund. I disputed in reply - no news till now. So I paid almost double.

Stay away from this airlines. No matter how cheap the tickets looks. This airlines is a scam. They do not refund tickets even when the flight gets cancelled. A blot on the aviation industry.
