Very nice, peaceful place. Great for a holiday away from everything for a few days. You can go for a swim, enjoy the sunrise or finally finish the book you brought with you.
The hosts are very welcoming. If you want, you can also explore the island with scooters, go kanooing or take a boat to the main island.

great place. absolutely quiet. feel like0 robinson crusoe.i booked the doorm...so i sleep like under the sky...open room.very easy. good handmade fresh food (thai style). only be careful and remeber that this resort is only reachable by boat. if you take the cheap shared boot could be you wait many hours for transfer to and back. you can charter a boot but its more expensive! 60myr plus...one way and at the pier they trie to ask for more money...but if youre there...its special and i think there are no many places on earth like this...

Wild Pasir Panjang is a Tropical Paradise and a MUST VISIT location for nature lovers. It is a tropical paradise far away from any huddle and bustle of a populated area. The housing area is located on an isolated beach with only a few guests visiting and staff. A short little trail could take guests to the public beach with a store and a couple of other attractions. The house where we stayed is right on the water and has amazing views. It is peaceful, very clean, and beautiful. It has a large living area facing the beach and a private bedroom at the back of the house. Two additions to the house include a kitchen and the bathroom/shower area along with the separate entrance hall. The house has a lot of light due to floor to ceiling windows. If you love nature, this is a place for you. It is designed to be enjoyed without any luxury of typical hotels but with simplicity and beauty. The area doesn’t offer a lot of other activities; however, by design these houses were built to allow family and guests to enjoy living on a beach 24 hours and sample great food offered at the location. The food is an additional charge but is tailored towards individual needs, dietary restrictions and preferences. In addition, the family and staff that run this place are amazingly warm and caring and it feels like being part of a family. No internet is offered at the place but if the phone has a data card, it could be used for phones, emails, internet, yet it needs to be taken care of in advance. Trips from this secluded place could be arranged for a fee to visit the rest of the Langkawi island. We loved it and plan to be back.

I had a peaceful time. I will definitely stay there again for a few days.

Ich hatte hier eine unglaublich tolle Zeit. Koi kocht sehr lecker, macht super Cocktails und hat immer ein offenes Ohr. Die Bungalows am Strand sind sehr einfach aber sauber und man ist direkt am Wasser. Nachts kann es mal wegen den Wellen und dem dzsungel etwas laut werden aber man ist einfach mitten in der Natur. Man hat zwei Möglichkeiten um hierher zu kommen: entweder chartert man ein Boat für 80 MYR und wird direkt nach Pasir Panjang gefahren. Die andere Möglichkeit ein normales boat zu nehmen, fährt alle zwei Stunden (10 MYR) und dann ein Taxi für 10 MYR. Dann muss man aber tatsächlich durch das dzsungel und über Felsen klettern. Der Weg ist mit großen Koffern nicht machbar. Wenn man sich für den Weg entscheidet, sollte man festes Schuhwerk tragen, körperlich fit sein und keine Angst vor Tieren haben. Ich kann diesen Ort nur empfehlen.

Toller Ort zum relaxen. Bungalows direkt am Strand mit schattenspendenden Palmen. Wir waren die einzigen Gäste für zwei Nächte und haben uns schon ein wenig wie auf einer einsamen Insel gefühlt. Es gibt tatsächlich nicht viel zu tun, also reichlich Lesestoff und Spiele einpacken. Das Thai-Essen von Koi war mega lecker und wenn man den Inselaspekt miteinbeziehen auch preislich in Ordnung. Leider wurde am Strand sehr viel Müll angespült, wir haben gerne mitgeholfen diesen einzusammeln. Aber es wird einem auch wieder schmerzlich bewusst, wie solche kleinen Insel ohne richtiges Abfallsystem besonders darunter leiden, ohne eigene Schuld.
