Hooga Cafe at Kundasang Farm Ville offers a diverse menu from Western to Asian cuisine. Highly recommended for its delicious food. Note that entrance to the nearby Farm Ville requires payment, but it's worth exploring for additional enjoyment.

This place is super duper busy during the weekends. The food's price is a little high considering it's more focused on tourist or visitors to Kundasang. It's totally not for the local area community. The food is okayish and it's the typical western style cuisines. The only reason i'm giving this place a 5-star is because of the kid zone and also the accessibility + environment of the restaurant. The Kid Zone is a fun playground where you can have a photoshoot & also have your toddler or child run around to enjoy themselves. We can also see a aquaculture plantation. The restaurant's vibe is awesome and feels like the owner really made an effort to make visitors comfortable dining in there. You can really feel their sincerity in making the interior nice and cosy for us all. Absolute 5-star effort.

TL;DR : Cozy dining experience, decent food selection, clean and tidy interior sitting. Kids friendly restaurant.

I really like the vibe of the restaurant. It's cozy, the seats are comfy, the indoor area is spacious, and the lighting is just perfect - especially in the evening/night.
As for the food, for a local it's a little (just a tiny bit, I promise!) on the pricier side, but in my very humble opinion they're very worth the money you're paying for. I had the Hooga Chicken Rice and my wife ordered grilled chicken - we both agreed that the food served was great in terms of portions, presentation and taste. The staff are very friendly and their service is more than satisfactory.
My kids seemed to really enjoy themselves here, too. So that's another plus. By the way they do have kids meals on the menu so parents shouldn't have a problem choosing meals for their children.

Came here after a morning hike at sososikon. Oxtail was amazing and very generous with their portions! Would recommend ordering the Asian food instead of Western options. Sambal was also very good :)

One of the better cafe/restaurants in kundasang serving really nice local food, desserts (cakes) and coffee. Very IG-friendly place too. Highly recommend.

Recommended to come for dinner, a must visit place if you come to Kundasang. Order butter chicken rice and fried chicken nasi lemak, all is delicious. Drink also good. The vibe is good, got music performance outside and ice cream sold outside too. The light decoration added mark to this place at night with cold breeze.

Good place to have meal here. Nice atmosphere. Near to many homestays, culvert view, desa dairy farm. Just the parking spaces are very limited.

Food is good. The coffee was great. Food had too much rice and not enough meat/Liao!

The oxtail rice was really good.

The carrot milk juice was good, and they can come without ice. They do not add sugar to their juices, as claimed on the menu.

Western food only starts serving at 1pm, but the rest can be before 1pm.

The place itself is cozy, dry - probably most modern interior that we have seen in kundasang thus far.

Hooga is located near Desa farm, definitely a good stop by for a meal and coffee during your visits to the Desa farm.

It is also located relatively close to the golf course.

The place itself is really great and the service is amazing as well considering the person in front of me was buying 8 worth tables of food but my food still arrived quickly and it's good as well, I really enjoyed the Spaghetti Bolognese even though it's on the sweeter side. My only complain is that it's a bit expensive on par as Secret Recipe's food prices

Location - Really great, halfway from the town centre of Kundasang to the top of the hills, similar to Ringlet in Cameron Highlands. You can't miss it for sure, it's so prominent with its colourful facade. Ample parking for visitors really helped too.

Ambience - Instagram-worthy ID, decorations and knicks knacks, giving the place a very cheerful and colourful ambience. It's obvious that lots of thoughts have been put to make the place warm and pretty. There's quite a variety of things to look and touch, this alone will keep your kids busy. And there's the bus. That was the first thing that came to my mind when I set foot here - what's that bus doing here?

Menu - nice mix up fusion food and Malaysia's staples ie teh tarik, roti Bakar, nasi lemak. I was a little bit sceptical when I ordered the oxtail Asam pedas with rice and was pleasantly surprised by how good it tasted! The teh tarik was also superb.. Hot teh tarik in cold weather - life's little pleasures...

Contrary to all the negative feedback here, I had a pleasant experience. I almost didn't go here due to the reviews but changed my mind.

I come in weekdays and early. The waiters attended to me immediately. The food arrived fast. I had waffle with ice cream, cake, Briyani and buttermilk chicken. Food was good. After I arrived, the place was getting full inside and I saw all the orders was attended promptly. Not sure why the negative feedback.

The place is also nice atmosphere for insta photos.

Cozy coffee shop, nice ambiance, outside and inside very instagrammable. Food also satisfying, worth the price. Highly recommended and surely will come again.

Found this cafe while otw to Desa Dairy farm. Many open at 10am. Didn't expect much and was pleasantly surprised with the comfy ambience and good quality food. Slight pricy for breakfast but justifiable for the food and atmosphere. We are lucky to bump into a good one today

Tried their bolognese beed spaghetti 🍝 and I love it very much! It is cheap and the amount of minced beef being served on too of the pasta are way lot more that the spaghetti itself😂. Such a generous amount.
Love the dining atmosphere, it is cozy, with good music, walls decorated well, and it is quite spacious too.
The blueberry cheesecake is superb and it is a must there!
After having ur meals u can visit the nearby farm ville.

Fun place. Great coffee. And right next to a hydroponic farm that you can visit for a small fee.

A new place to visit and hangout at Kundasang. Foods is yummylicious and affordable. Awesome place to take picture for IG and FB 🤣 (entrance fee : rm10 for adults, rm8 for children). Recommended!
