A good place to go and explore about the history of mining.
The cave are quite dark and water were dropping from the stalactite. Need to be cautious when walking in the cave.
After walking out from the cave, there are a recreational park which is equipped with chairs and other things for you to rest and to enjoy the nature.
It’s a good place to enjoy time with family.

The ticket is worth for it.

It's a cave! Yeah, not much else to it tho 🤣 it's pretty cool in the sense that there's quite a few features to look at inside the cave like the river that flows in the cave, a trail to follow and a little hiking trail as well. So if you're quite adventurous, and like nature, do give this place a visit ✨

Other than that, please don't bring super small kids as the railings in the cave have a really big gap between each bar. So just for safety purposes, keep your kids close and don't let them run around.

RM5/entry. Parking space is big, 20-30mins to cover all the place n 1hr for photoshoot 🤣 make sure your leg is fit to explore the area.

Amazed with this hidden gem at the far north of the Penisular Malaysia. Worth a visit for all who are visiting Perlis or passing by. Just 30min drive away from Kangar. 1-2 hour would be sufficient. It only cost RM2/adult (with MyKad) and RM1/car. The cave itself is impressive. The walkway is well maintained. The park after the cave is beautiful.

The cave (Gua Kelam 1) is well kept and very accessible for all ages. It has a walkway running through the cave and you reach a beautiful valley with river, tall trees with high canopy, and there is a path up a long stairs to a viewing tower (didn't go because we were rushing). Part of the cave is well lit but part of it is totally dark so ready your phone's torchlight. There are bats, water streaming under the walkway and some water dripping from the stalactites. The entry is also the exit so you have to go back through the cave. Amazing experience especially for only RM2 for adults.

There is also a Gua Kelam 2 which is more adventurous but I didn't go to. Would love to the next time I come here which I definitely will if I visit Perlis again. Props to the management and the staff.

Such an amazing place with nature, only paid during entrance to parking lot then can enter the cave straight away. Theres a river after the cave, but quite slippery need to be careful esp kids. You can see bats sleeping upside down and some amazing nature landscape in the cave,i loved it. Get to see lutong also on the trees,so cute. Overall this place is very calming and captivating💖

I enjoyed the experience walking in the cave. There were bats on the wall, water running down the cave, the stalagmite and stalactite. On the other side of the cave there's a small stream. You may swim or just walking to enjoy the nature. The fee is only RM2 per person

Gua Kelam (cave of darkness) is one of the most underrated caves in Malaysia. There is two route to explore this cave, normal route and adventure route. For adventure route you need guide, need to wear safety helmet, a lot of climbing and get ready to be wet.
Normal route just a short walk on wooden suspension bridge and it will lead you to secret garden. Below that bridge you see river, last time they use this river to transport tin from nearby mine to kaki bukit.
