KFC Batang Kali

Yesterday my husband went down to Batang kali to buy KFC for my son.
My Son only likes drumstick.
He is use to it from young can't help it.
When he open it he was so disappointed.
There were no drumsticks at all.
Double check with my husband why there aren't any drum sticks.
He said he told clearly nak Drumsticks.
I really got upset.
Make a call to BK KFC.
My call attended by a gentleman who called Encik Azwan. He is the manager on duty.
Very calm and soft spoken.
I ask him to double check with his Cashier give the bill number, Cashier's name and told him I will call back.
They admitted they mistakes.
Told him I am a regular customer.
If there is any special requirement if can fullfil otherwise inform the customers.
I told him I want compensation as service recovery. We are in Genting not nearby.
He said can drop by anytime, look for me.
So today I have some work in BK.
On the way back drop by KFC.
Meet the Manager.
He was so cool and really valued his customers.
He handle it very professionally.As me to have a sit and talk to me politely.
He apologies for what took place.
He went in and pack the chicken himself.

The place is good and have ample parking spots. One must have a lot of patience with the queues and time spent waiting for some peoples favorite items during peak hours. It not their fault but you must understand that it's the only outlet to cater patrons from Kuala Kubu Bharu, Ampang Pecah, Batang Kali it's self and also from Serendah. Salute to the staffs there as they are giving their best they could.

KFC Batang Kali is one if the best KFCs I've ever been to. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They don't shout and talk nonsense in front of customers like at a few other locations I've been to.

Better order knline and picked up later. The service really fast and convenient. Love the staff who is very friendly and their manager also really nice and friendly.

Hands down the best kfc chicken hot spicy n zinger burger around. Why?cos it's freaking fresh n hot n yummy..expect a queue so I almost always do pick up

This KFC is one of the best branch that I ever visit. They listen to customer request and suggestions. Im proud of you guys!
