Layanan dari staff ok, susunan barang pun kemas. Barang atas rak dah kosong, staff cepat-cepat isikan semula. Ada meja untuk couple dan single, memang menyenangkan kalau nak makan di situ. Tong sampah ada di luar, sila kemaskan meja sendiri selepas makan.

I"ll give it 2 stars, because one of the staff (lil bit old, hijab girl) sounded too rude to me , I was confused to choose types of oden , and she said "mmg laaa pilih mana2 pon, cakap je laaa hat yg mana", and when I was proceed to payment, I bring my lil brother, he was asked for sofuto, and cashier said "cepatt sikit boleh tak, belakang dok tunggu ramai", I know she tired due to lack of staff and crowded, but, another staff (young boy with glasses) still can managed customers service nicely ? macam dia sorang terpaling penat kerja fnb 🙄. Last time I visit 2 young girls staff treated nicely. Managers, Next time teach them about customer service mannerisms.

18/02 12AM pekerja perempuan pengkid tu sumpah annoying gila. nak x nak je layan customer. customer tanya sbb tak tahu. jgn expect semua org dah familiar ngan family mart ! tanya tu tanya ni semua suruh buat sendiri 😒 pekerja laki sorang tu elok je layan.. nyampah gila!!

mak cik tua yang jaga di cashier sangatlah biadap and customer service sangat teruk. she dont even deserve eventho just one star from customer. sebab apa i boleh cakap macam ni? sbb when my friend nak pilih oden from the menu, this old aunt cakap “tak payah dok buat susah la nk tgk menu, tgk dari sini sudah”. macam ni ka cara layan cust? lepastu kejan cust untuk bayar sedangkan bukan ramai pon cust on that time?. tau apa lagi teruk? when i tgk dia key in for the recepit tu, dekat cust feedback dia boleh rate diri dia sendiri 5 star??? layan cust macam sampah 1 star pon tak layak la. faham la penat kerja, tapi kami yang balik dari kerja ni pon p situ nak cari makan dah hilang selera kena layan macam ni. harapnya pihak atasan family mart kat sini ambil tindakan untuk makcik ni
