is not to replace the goods purchase without a receipt or more than three days after the purchase, so if the staff offended you, we would like to said sorry for any inconvenience you caused & hope to get your forgiveness, thank you very much.

You can get quite a variety of foods and household products over here. The coffee machine is down for quite some time, some sections in the shop can be more organized and cleaner.

You can buy a variety of dry food, vege, fruits, ingredients and groceries here. The price is reasonable.

It would be better if add variety type of instant noodles and snack

Variant of items are acceptable, however sometimes vegetables are not fresh. Should daily check on the fresh products and remove those are not in condition. Hope to see more frozen food like seafood and fish. Meat too.

On a costlier side and availablity of things is inconsistent

Went to buy fruits and this one short hair cashier I’m not sure why the store still keep her with her unfriendly face so bothering. She made my fruits fell to the floor and never checked if the fruits rosak or still in a good condition. Without saying sorry she put it inside the plastic. I even told her that I need to check since it fell. She did her annoying face. Please hire someone better than her.

If can vote for zero star I will give that.
First of all, the staff attitude especially the guy is having problem. I bought a farm fresh milk that spoil and request for exchange but he refuse.

He mentioned that I might take other milk that bought from outside and exchange with them. But even with the receipt, how you can proof that the milk is from your store.

Until the end, the staf only mention it only can exchange within 3 days.

In this case, please mention it at the beginning and request all your customers especially those that buy fresh milk, must consume them within 3 days. Else they are not allow to exchange.

At the end, the staff (guy) give me the RM 7.50 but if refuse it because the attitude of the staff and request the management to talk to me. Dated 5th June 2022.

U got a terrible cashier a girl with short hair. Dont have customer oriented at all. Better to replace her before you loose more customers of yours !!

Worst experience I ever have, I'm staying at this area so I'm always bought massimo bread at this shop. Last time the short hair girl cashier calculating the goods with slow motion of customer in front of me and causing long queue behind me. I have roughly waited for 10mins for payment. This time I want to brought massimo bread again and there is a big rack full of brooms and mops blocks the ways for me to get the bread. I asked the same short hair girl( last time cashier)helps me to get it. She putting a long face and I don't feel like she want to help me. After that I want to make payment, waited for my turn and it takes quite some time again. Almost my turn, there is a indian man pushing one trolley with few carton of omega 3 eggs and there is a big hole on the ground, the wheel of trolley stuck there and all the eggs fall at the ground. The short hair cashier girl just look at it and didn't bother to do anything. The short hair cashier girl didn't even said thank you when payment is received. Big attitude problem as a cashier.The ground have a few holes and the shop is pack with cartons of goods, quite hard and narrow to walk around. A small advice for the shop please train your staff well to serve customer and always make sure the walking path in the shop has no hole and nothing block the way.
