You’ll feel like you’re in an actual convenience store in Korea with Korean snacks, drinks, cooked food and dine-in ramyeon. Plus, Korean music in the background!

kena dgn sorang morning staff hari isnin , masam mencuka , kita tunggu dkt kaunter nk bayar , kena tunggu dia bergayut fon pulak 🤣 pastu masam sbb kena kerja, sekali dua takpa, ni dah selalu sgt , mcm kita plak paksa dia kerja situ

update jan 2023 : saya tukar 1 star jadi 5 star, staff yg suka bergayut + rude tu dh tak ada, staff skrg semua friendly dan baik, buat kerja bagus 👍🏻 keep it up

Ice cream’s spoon is not well prepared and the teopokki taste very light, it’s different taste compare to another branch.

I thank you the staff gratefully. If not willing to work, please stay/rot at home and don’t come out affect social, I did not owe you guys. Please train well your staff and provide better service/food taste.

The cashier service attitude was not proper and polite, very bad experience!
The staff does not have patient to serve customer! Where is the store manager? Where is the HQ survey of each shop to maintain quality service?

I just had the worse experience at this store. I went in on 5/3/2024 at around 5.45pm. There was only 1 staff behind the counter and he clearly saw
me walk in and stand in front of the cashier..
but he completely ignored me and continued to prepare to cook new batch of hot meal just beside me.. he can see me but just ignored. Until i called out and asked.. lambat lagi ka dik?
To that he rudely replied.. awat tak panggil?
I was shocked! What kind of customer service is this??
I told him tak kan tak nampak saya masuk depan awak tadi..
to that he replied.. dah tak panggil saya buat kerja saya laa.. nak order kena panggil la..
when i just looked at him disbelief with the way hw responded.. he can continue some more.. nak order ka takmau.. saya nak kena masak nie..
i told him pe sambung masak.. esok saya mai cakap dengan supervisor.. he can reply.. haaa mai la. Peduli apa..
aduh.. attitude apa macam nie?
Hope this review get seen by management and action taken. Im actually a frequent visitor but sorry la.. not going anymore..

Unsatisfactory service. Arrived around 10:50 something, went there through the back door at first, was signed that they were closed. When double checked through the front door, it was unlocked, thought it was closed at 12am as it was stated in google. While looking through the items, a male staff came by and told that the cooking, heating and dine-in area was closed and we only can get what we want and leave immediately. After few mins shopping, were once again got hushed to leave saying they’re closing now. Asked the female staff on their closing hours, was replied with a quite unkind tone saying that they closed at 11pm due to lack of staff. If so, please keep the online maps updated, and I’m hoping for more proper attitude while speaking to customers.

Rude attitude from staff. Pay with card failed at once only and start complaining with the other staff. No basic manner and patience to customers. Maybe he thought I was foreigner because I paid with wise card. Complained with his friend with bahasa Melayu. Hello, I’m Malaysian la. Born and raised in this country. Behave yourself ok. Happy New Year. 😀

Staff is very rude and really need to Improve their customer services and attitude. They seems to be not welcoming customers. Sorry and very sad to shared this

Staff have bad attitudes, don't have proper working attitude and 3-4 of man and woman keep hoaxing around, playing chatting laughing and show bad attitudes to customer especially around night time, 9 00pm 10 00 pm working staff, should have brief them some basic manners

Worst service, staff yelling talking loud screaming, and all staff hide and playing in store room and no people in the counter. Turn on super loud music at night like

No soft serve ice-cream at 5pm?! The softserve machine is not even operating...so disappointed

the corn dog and other fried items are cold, not heated and tasted uncooked, with bad service.

No opening and closing times list at premise.
The place is closed way earlier than the time listed in Google
