Keurig via de site een boeking kunnen plaatsen.
Koffers duurde lang maar chauffeur bleef keurig wachten gaf keurig door waar hij stond te wachten.
Fijne rit gehad terug naar Utrecht, en een gezellig gesprek gehad.

Had bij de opmerkingen aangegeven dat de chauffeur moest bellen op mobiel als hij er zou staan. Aangezien de taxi vroeg in de morgen was besteld en mijn kinderen lagen te slapen. 5 minuten voor tijd een belletje dat ie er stond. Bedankt!

Fijne Schiphol taxi-service, mooi op tijd zo vroeg in de ochtend en rap door naar Schiphol. Vriendelijke en service-gerichte chauffeur.

Top service en erg vriendelijke chauffeur Youssef! Netjes een smsje dat hij buiten stond te wachten.

Chauffeur was keurig op tijd en de auto was netjes. Een hele fijne rit!

If there were a zero star I would give it a zero. No show for a taxi from Ede to Schipol airport for an international flight. After I called they said that my ride was not registered in the system, and that call was a whole 9 minutes. Had been three weeks since I have requested for a refund and no news at all. Trash company.

I reserved a taxi to the airport for 17-09-23 at 7.00, after I receive the confirmation by email I called to confirm and they said it is in the system and confirmed. They don't show up at the agreed time and when I call first they tell me all colleagues are busy and cannot respond my request, called a second time and they tell me the driver has a flat tire and have to cancel the trip. My sisters missed a transtlantic flight that morning since we couldn't get there on time. It should be possible to give zero stars. It is a terrible customer service
Don't risk it with these unprofessional people!!

UNRELIABLE, IRRESPONSIBLE, DO NOT USE

We booked a taxi for 6am Sunday morning, going to Schipol from Utrecht centrum, we pre-parid for this service online.
The taxi driver did not show up at the appointed time, even though we had paid and booked for the taxi the day before. They had no replacement driver - this of course caused big proboems for us as there was not many option to travel to Schipol at 6am on Sunday
There has been no response yet after 1 week from their finance department, even after sending multiple emails for a refund.
They are quick to take your money but do not deliver their services - DO NOT USE

Really untrustworthy Taxi company. We online booked a taxi well in advance from Utrecht to Schiphol, paid and received an email confirmation of our booking but the taxi simply didn’t show up or called to warn us that something was wrong.
Upon contacting the company, they basically said they couldn’t help us and wished us good luck with finding a last minute taxi to Schiphol airport.
We almost lost our flight!
Unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.
Never use this company ! If I could, I would give here a few negative stars to them!

Do not order a taxi through Sun Taxi. I ordered a transfer to the airport online, however the taxi never showed up. They stood us up in the middle of the night. Luckily we were able to find another taxi, unfortunatly however we had to pay more than twice the amount (130 euro). My husband barely made it to the airport,
Our order was confirmed by email, but apparently that’s no guarantee that the taxi will actually show up.
Sun Tax was not available by phone, I am still waiting for them to return my calls and email.

So... save yourselve the trouble and the money and order your taxi through a reliable taxi company.
