Beautiful and very interesting place to see and learn what happen in the past with this famous Veen and how the history describes it and evidence it with the most lovely and sweet way with Red books, two treins and more & more. The crew so helpful! Everybody should go! 🥰♥🥰

Amazing location with a lot of things to see. A place full of history. Also the Harmonium Museum is the pinacle of this location. We met there an amazing guide who was explaining with such a passion and dedication.

It seems like they don't have a lot of employees. But the people who do work there did an amazing job. So enthusiastic and interested in what they do and it makes the experience unforgettable.

Very nice place displaying the history of peat workers and their living conditions. One of the biggest open air museums in the Netherlands.

Awesome! I really enjoyed the building with all the old machinery.

Kids enjoyed the whole experience including trains and boat rides.

Nobody should ever pass this bakery, without buying delicious Smack Bread, Raisin Bread or stuffed biscuit or one of their delicious cakes.
