Well, I was asked to write a review here. However, I'm glad that I was able to solve my issues via phone and the person was able to helpl me in English. My issue was that I was unable to provide meter readings on the website.

Spoke to a very helpful CS agent. I don't speak Dutch and the agent was able to help me using English. Quick and helpful interaction with the request being clarified fast.

Been a client for a year. Always has worked out great, they gave me nice benefits, informed me of everything on time and contacting them was always quick.

Dear Innova i am very glad to be your customer, you always provide a good service and I never had any complaints, today I have been called from this number +31232661402, the agent said that he is calling from of the government for my contract with Innova which is going to expired soon and that I should make a new one. I told them that's impossible and that I will call my self my provider to check. In the end my contract with Innova is going to expired on the 2025.they give it a try. Thanks God I didn't let them do anything. I am and I want to stay with Innova. Thanks a lot to all of you for the amazing job you guys do. Regards Monica Sgambati

The customer service was amazing! Meryem S. helped me with setting everything up and also answering all my questions.

I needed to call them because of a wrong billing, the person who picked up the call in the customer service didn't speak English but was kind to let me know she will find someone who can help me and she did, another person picked up the call entirely in English and they tried to resolve my problem. The problem with my billing is still pending to be reviewed but the support on the phone was excellent.

First interaction with Innova customer service was very good. My issue was promptly solved.
