If you would like to see some windmills without too much crowd, this is the place. The surrounding area also gives you a flavour of typical Dutch farms and village. It’s free, clean and always open. Easily accessible.

Very nice place near The Hague. Especially beautiful in spring and summer. Great for cycling. Nearby is Kasteel Duivenvoorde. Very typical Dutch landscapes without crowds!

Very nice windmills. Unfortunately, you can't visit them from the inside. The windmills are inhabited

You can get up close to 17th century windmills without the hubbub of tourists everywhere here. You cannot drive up to them, however there is a small parking area just beyond the access road. The road runs behind the windmills, and there is no way to cross the little river to be able to see the front of these, however it still serves as a great photo opportunity!

You cant go in any of the windmills but its still nice to bike here and eat lunch on the grass

We a family there . They are very friendly and took us inside windmills . That’s was a great experience

Three old windmills situated next to farm fields. You can easily see them from the road nearby.

Een schitterend stukje Nederland. Hier kan je zien hoe de polder bij Stompwijk?leidschendam wordt bemalen, zodat het water op de juiste waterstand blijft gehandhaafd. Maar al zouden ze stilstaan blijven molens toch iets van Nederland. Zulke mooie bouwwerken.
