Very friendly to international customers, I mailed them about a product available in Germany, but not the Netherlands. I got an email back straight away even though it was after closing hours. The email explained how I could pre-order without using a German address. I got an email when I could pick it up. Great service.

Expensive, misleading and staff that doesn't know what they talk about.

Edit, this review is about the Dutch mediamarkt! The Dutch one is expensive, misleading and has bad staff.

The German one however, nothing wrong with that! Excellent, good prices and great help.

The mistake is that at the time of making this review it didn't show what one, and since the last visit was to the Dutch one, I assumed it was about that. Sorry for the confusion.

So Dutch one, 2 stars. German one 5 stars!

Nice place to shop for home electronics and electrical devices. They have quite a large selection of goods to choose from and even better is you can check the status online of any article for its availability and order it from their website which can be picked up later. Prices are also quite competitive. They also have a free large parking lot, so parking is also not a big problem.

Friendly and professional staff. Reserved something by phone from Belgium and when I got there, it was the wrong version. Yet, no arguments, no excuses, they remained professional, got on their computer and called around and found another Mediamarkt very close by, reserved it for me and printed out the route to take. All this in less than 10 mins after entering the store.

I am not a big fan of live shopping for electronics, but they have nice offers and you can order online and then pick it up in a few seconds at the counter. I bought an SSD for 25 euros that speeded up a laptop significantly and also 2 7800 mAh batteries for 19 euro.

Ladies at service/info desk were very helpful with my B2B Belgium sales order.
