The Token system is praiseworthy so you don't need to stand on lines. Better than other Department of transport management (DOTM) offices around kathmandu valley. It would be great if the newly launched TMIS system worked properly, so the services would be more hassle free.

Token System and Online system have some good improvement

Management has done good job. If you pay your taxes via online hassle of staying in queue decreases. Toilet facility needs improvement. All in on it is better than previous year.

Comparing with the years gone by about the blue book renewal. The situation has vastly improved from standing in a que from outside of the entrance until the window that too in the sun, filling up the bank voucher and waiting eagerly to hear your name announced which was barely heard. Now, I feel the system is very much better, taking a token, having vehicle insurance and giving the documents to counter 1 and waiting for your name to be announced in counter 2 that too through a sound system and waiting within the premises as desired to pay the tax, and at the end your renewed blue book is then announced at counter 3. Very much less hassle than before. Also, now you can renew your blue book online. You just have to bring the online payment slip and do insurance of your vehicle and verify it at the counter and get your blue book stamped and signed very quickly.

First time at this location. They have token system which opens at 10. Service was fast and managed properly.

Place to renew the vehicle Bluebook, NOT FOR LICENSE RENEWAL. Typical government office where dont expect to get better treatment though you are going to pay the tax. If possible pay tax online and come here. first take a token and go to window number one and submit your bluebook with the updated insurance paper. now they will call you at the window number two which is a bank counter where you will have to pay and get a receipt and wait till they call at window number 3 to collect your bluebook.
