Hacienda Bahia Paracas: A Warm and Welcoming Retreat

Hacienda Bahia Paracas instantly charmed me with its beautiful use of wood throughout the property, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The rooms were immaculate, and I especially appreciated the consistently hot showers after a day of exploring. The heated pool was a luxurious touch, perfect for relaxing in the evenings.

Service was top-notch throughout my stay – every staff member I encountered was friendly and attentive. The food at the hotel restaurant was quite good, offering a nice variety of both local and international dishes.

Overall, I highly recommend Hacienda Bahia Paracas for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The combination of lovely decor, well-maintained facilities, and excellent service make it a standout choice in Paracas.

Fabulous hotel and location, the rooms were spotlessly clean, and the food was exquisite. The only downside, albeit a small one, was our newer style plugs never fitted in the old style sockets. Fortunately, we had fully charged power banks, so we were able to charge our phones.

Location is in the edge of town- quick five minute ride to pier (but taxi pickup at hotel can take awhile)

I wish we had another day there this fully enjoy the pool.

Great relaxing, beautiful place. Axel and Manuel are excellent bartenders. The service staff go above and beyond, ensuring your happiness. The dinner was delcious. The buffet breakfast includes made to otder omeletes. Great choices on the buffet

Wonderful accommodations just a short distance (5 minutes drive) from the bussle of downtown Paracas. Gorgeous grounds, fantastic rooms, incredible staff, and excellent restaurant. Could not recommend this place more highly.

Fantastic in every way super friendly & accomodating staff from front desk to wait staff, beautiful clean facility, superb restaurant & bar with amazing food and drinks. Great water activities including kayaks, Hobie Cat sailing boat. heated and regular swimming pools. Couldn't have asked for more.

This whole hotel screams attention to detail:

The rooms are very nice and with a lot attention to detail where you find yourself in a mix between an Hacienda and the Paracas Culture. Some even have direct access to the pool and great views

The Ernest Hemingway collection of when he was in Peru is very interesting and the maps collection is out of this world.

The Olive tree in the middle of the hotel is beautiful and the story on how it was moved to the place is very interesting.

The museum presents a great collection of Nazca, Paracas and other cultures and it is pretty interesting.

The Tennis Court is super well kept and it is nice playing there

The 2 pools are super big and beautiful

The Restaurant and Bar offer an menu and the food is pretty tasty.

The staff is very kind and super professional.

Due to the geography of the place, the beach is just like a bay full of seaweed and rays. Its only good for water sports

The breakfast included in the reservation could be a lot better as the food quality does not compare to the food quality of the restaurant at lunch or dinner time

Amazing hotel with beautiful ground of a large pool around the property, amazing sunsets. Impressive museum, and excellent food.

How is this a four star hotel? It definitely should be a 5 star! It has swimming pools, restaurants, a bar, a spa and offers outdoor activities such as ATV rides.

Rooms are spacious and very clean. Although the hotel is old, it is very clear that refurbishment was done.

The service level Is definitely on par with 5 star hotels. Even before we arrived, they have a room list to send all our luggage to.

Oh and the breakfast! How many 4 star hotels you know of has an egg station to fry you fried eggs sunny side up, omelette or scrambled eggs?

And finally the view. Each room comes with a balcony with a view of the sea, complete with a lounge chair to lay down on. Wow!

The in-house restaurant El Coral was also very good. Not terribly expensive and yet you feel like it’s fine dining.

So this hotel was booked for us by an agent and we saw the pictures but really had no idea what to expect.

This place is amazing!

Beautiful property, great rooms with comfortable beds and quality linen.
Easy access to the ocean beach with catamarans, paddle boards, kyacks and beach chairs. The bay is ideal for water/wind sports such as kite or wind surfing.

The jewel in the crown is truly the people...the staff at the hotel are just amazing. Extremely attentive at the restaurant and bar and super friendly when you make the effort to really talk to them. Spanish is helpful, but everyone speaks some amount of English.

We are here at the beginning of south American springtime (sept 20) and we basically have the place to ourselves with only a handful of guests around. Just awesome.

Our stay at La Hacienda was magical. It was very calm and relaxed. At times it felt like we were royalty since we were the only ones around. The restaurant and the staff treated us with so much attentiveness and kindness. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and they ensured her day was special. Our time at La Hacienda was short but the memories are long-lasting.

Staff always very helpful. Pool, short shoreline walks. Bird life. Museum on site. Really need to eat on site but good food and wine. Deck/patio from bedroom to enjoy sunshine. Other rooms have balcony. Free coffee and tea available throughout the day. Close to airport allowing you to view Nasca lines.

By far the best place I've been. So large place. Beautiful rooms, elegant, colonial style, large rooms, large bathroom.
Huge nice pool, also another warm pool.
It has a playing are for the kids with a climbing wall.
You cannot ignore the private museum, which is a fabulous place. It includes a private collection of ancient fabrics, pottery, tools hats.
Also the restaurant is great, offers a great view of the ocean.
Offers a fabulous view of the colonial style of that period. I think is the best place I've been.

The hotel is about 25 minutes outside of town and absolutely worth the trip. I truly enjoyed every moment that I spent on this winery. The high security (check in and out at gate) takes a bit getting used to, but it also makes you feel super secure. The food in the restaurant and the pool bar were also very good - the pool is so awesome. And finally the beds are THE BEST & most comfortable!

A beautiful resort! The grounds were amazingly kept, a beautiful pool and oasis to escape the world. A great bar and staff who were very accommodating and helpful. Great rooms and amazing shower and ammenities. Highly recommend this hotel. The also have day tours from their pier with their own boats to see the wildlife close to the hotel. Definitely worth doing as well.

I don't know why this hotel is not branded as a five-star, it's absolutely amazing. We rented a suite that led into the swimming pool. The swimming pool is really big and clean. The food was really good. We choose to relax and enjoy the pool but the hotel offers you lots of activities. The activities can be easily coordinate with the concierge. All areas of the hotel and really amazing and it has an amazing view of the ocean. There is a beach but since Paracas is in a bay area its not recommended to go into the ocean. Last but but not least, the staff is truly amazing. They are all friendly at all hours of the day. They all they to help you as best they can. It's probably the friendliest staff I have met and they deserve a ton of praise. Can't wait to come back to Hotel La Hacienda Bahía Paracas.

The hotel is really beautiful... The view is stunning and all the staff is amazing. Our waiter at the restaurant, Christian, gave us the perfect service... His smile is contagious... We definitely recommend this piece of paradise.
