I have been calling the office of Memorial Park in antipolo but nobody answered. I also emailed the customer Service requesting my certificate of full payment but again no reply. Very frustrating with the service of this company.

Very poor service! It will take forever to process your Title! Until now hindi pa nila na-process ung saken lagpas 10 yrs ko na nabayaran! The employees are always “on leave”. I dont know why they keep on hiding. You cannot rely on them.

There is no water supply. There is no electricity. The amenities in the brochure do not exist. Lot markers do not exist. Streets are being used by millers to dry "palay". Outsiders plant vegetable crops on vacant blocks (not lots). Will dry you out of cash just to have a house built. Not the developer you would want to have to buld a house with.

Promised that move-in within period of months in 2017 but it's almost 2 years now and this corrupt Santo Nino Developer Santo Tomas Batangas Branch don't finish their job despite being fully paid already by the bank. There's still a lot of works to do to finish the house. Run away from this corrupt and incompetent developer, they will only get your money and bring a lot of stress in your life. May God give justice to all their victims!
