I would like to commend Edwin, Grace, and Bryan for their focused assistance at the DIY section. They really made sure that my orders were endorsed and accounted for.

As for the wholesale area, I would like to suggest a quicker release of items bought. I paid my order in cash (only mode of payment) by 8 am, which took 5 mins, and was #2 in line. The checking and release section took 3 hours. The gap is there. All the management needs to do is monitor and address the matter.

It's very well stocked with good Quality Items!
But I went upstairs to Family Appliance, a separate Store. Very good quality at lower prices than Down Town! The Service is very nice!
