The room is spacious and quiet, staff are very friendly and accomdative! unlike the other hotel nearby special mention Tacloban Hotel Plaza we have a room resevation when we check in there's no room for us. thats why if you wanna book a hotel book yours in Asia Stars hotel for hassle free.

Decent place for a bit over 20/nt. No frills, just a good clean bed. No hot water for showers. TV in room and a good restaurant downstairs

Hits all my criteria for a great basic hotel - and more! Affordable, Clean and Comfortable.

Coming in with a family of 4 adults and one child, we availed a room for 3 and ordered an extra bed - spending ₱ 2750 for everything.

The staff were kind and accommodating, responsive to our needs.

The room, beds, and bathroom, while admittedly pretty old, were clean and included essential toiletries (towel, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste).

The facilities included Free WIFI, hot water, a fridge, a television, a spacious cabinet with hangers and extra pillows, plus a pretty good number of power outlets. Free parking was also provided. The aircon nice and cool but took pretty long to cool the room.

Their food is average but was reasonably cheap unlike most hotels where everything is overpriced. They also include a free breakfast voucher worth 120 pesos for 3 paying adults to be spent at their in-house restaurant.

There's room for improvement but for the price, it would be unfair to demand perfection.

Overall, really great value for the price. Surely will be coming back here next time we drop by tacloban city.

We paid 1700 peso for a double room. for the price the service was surprisingly good and professional. Check in was fast and easy. it seems that most rooms have been recently renovated and painted. good new aircon, new tv with good signal. plenty of power outlets including next to the bed. central hot water boiler so both sink and shower have good pressure hot water. when you consider that breakfast is included 1700 is a good price. some rooms are facing the small inner courtyard so some rooms have no view, but rooms are big with good lighting so you dont really notice this. there is room service for food and drinks from the restaurant reasonably priced you can get delivered to your room. water provided, soap provided but not shampoo or toothbrush. large mirror, desk. I think you wont be disapointed staying here. if you are looking for a budget hotel around 1000 peso i recommend just paying the little bit extra and staying here to get peace of mind knowing that at least this place is clean and comfortable and wont have any problems.

This little hotel brought comfort, and tranquillity for me and my lady. The room was clean, and had aircon. Staff were courteous and friendly, the only drawback I had was very slow wifi. Other than that the hotel was great!

City proper,nice room for Family and the service,lovely breakfast.

ROOM GOOD FOR 2 - PHP1700

Room - exceeds expectations.
I just hope they install a bidet in the future.
Location - accessible to major areas - Jollibee, Mcdo, Mang Inasal, Dunkin, and etc.. Commute is super convenient as there is a lot of tricycles passing by in the hotel's location.

Cons: their key card should not be in contact with your mobile device. Otherwise, you have to pay for the card's reactivation.

The room is spacious and clean including the bathroom. I believe it's an old hotel but it's well maintained. The location is perfect too coz it's in the heart of downtown area. Was not just that satisfied sa breakfast meal pero okay na rin it was affordable naman. 😊

From Este pa kami so need namin ng mapapahingahan that day kasi mga 4am palang kami umalis for Tacloban for important matters.

But we wasn’t expecting it to be soo spacious and a little fancy for a cheap price. WE BOTH LOVE IT!!

Staffs, receptionist, guards — Lahat mababait! We will come back with my whole family this July. Yeeyy! ❤

This is my hotel of choice in Tacloban. Great location in downtown Tacloban. Rooms are clean with good facilities. Staff are wonderful. Good breakfast in the small dining room. Only downside is Internet is sometimes not so good
