Metro Tacloban Mall

Bought a new oven from here. Used if a couple of times and it's been great. The staff is super friendly and helpful when needing to find things. The mall was also very clean which surprised me considering how crowded it was and that it was raining while I was there. Parking is scarce though. This place definitely needs more parking. Overall, very good place.

Good food, nice and affordable items sold in the department store. Not too crowded.

The crew in this mall are very welcoming and accommodating. From the guards, utility and the merchandisers. I also love the atmosphere here as soon as you enter.

Best place to get groceries. I visited Metro Tacloban Mall for the first time last week and I was very impressed by the variety of products and services they offer. The mall is spacious, clean, and well-designed. The staff are friendly and helpful. The supermarket has everything you need, from fresh produce to imported goods. The department store has a wide selection of clothing, accessories, and home items. The food court has many options to satisfy your cravings, from local delicacies to international cuisines. The mall also has a pharmacy and a bank. It is conveniently located at Real Street and easily accessible by public transportation. Metro Tacloban Mall is definitely the best shopping destination in the city. I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to have a great shopping experience.

Not crowded and kinda underrated. Has a good grocery store. Also has an affordable key duplication as compared to the stall in Robinson's.

Nice place for a family bonding, shopping or just to hang out on your free days most esp. on Sundays right after attending the Holy Mass because it is just across the Redemptorist Church.

Buying groceries in this store is always a happy experience☺. All your grocery needs are available. In terms of accessibility, one can reach the place via public transport. On an easy Sunday after hearing the Mass, one may just walk across and do the shopping.

They got almost all the stuff and items I need for every day. Staff are helpful. Sometimes you might find parking difficult, just once in a blue moon.

great place just to have meals with friends plus most of the resto have an open air dining which is really nice and comfortable, its also a very accessible place for PWD's if they wanted to visit the place.

Relatively cheaper products in Metro than the other malls in Tacloban. Offers wide variety of products to choose from - brands with cheaper price but of good quality. Has a number of discounts and sale on a lot of items the last time we visited (2 days before Christmas). Very accommodating salespersons. Has a number of restos and stalls to eat from when you get hungry from shopping. Wide parking space too.
