The staff here is so professional & very accommodating. My family & I experienced a very stressful situation at the Robinsons Branch location so we were very thankful when we arrived at the SM Savemore Branch. Apparently there was a technical issue with the credit card machine at Robinsons branch which prevented us from purchasing our flight to Manila. The staff there kept insisting that we pay cash as they price of the flight may go up unless we purchased them right away. Unfortunately, we didn't have cash readily accessible at the time so we had no other option other than to go to the SM branch. So happy we did because the staff had everything in place to ensure that we could pay with our credit card with no issues whatsoever. They even found us the same flight for 1000 pesos cheaper. We encourage all foreign travelers to bring their business to the SM location.

His travel Services is one of the best travel agencies here in tacloban. Staffs are very accommodating and are very helpful to solve problems and aside from very inconvenient in booking tickets, they also offers a lot of best tour packages that you may experience somehow.
