The owner is so kind, approachable, jolly, and a good example of being neat and clean. Utilities are not a problem at all. Free strong wifi connection 24/7, well-conditioned Aircon units, relaxing bedrooms and most of all, safe sorrounding. last but not the least is the amazing staff. Thank you for the Good service

We stayed here since its affodable and were not looking for fancy accomodation..not choosy since were working.

Budget friendly..800 pesos with wifi connection, heater in cr and bidet and shower. Quiet small but the AC was good. With parking space. Cable tv and no cctv but its within the house so it was safe. You can ask for drinking water and hot water

Its just an ordinary room and good for non choosy persons..whom like to have a place to stay only.

You can ask Mang Boy, the caretaker for reservation.

Affordable, spacious, with lots of power outlet in the room, accommodation and amenities are superb especially the owner of the transient they are helpful in many ways. will recommend this for a budget friendly vacation or travel for work. worth the price u paid.

Im here now at mjrm trancient homes and i was pleasure to go here even in a week only .. because theres a clean and perfect ambiance.. and nice people to meet.. all staff is nice .. if i have an business to do in this place i want to go back here so nice .. and shout out to ms. Lorna Monsalve thanks for smiling all the time and entertaining ur guest very well ..

Maganda po ang place mabait po c ate lalo na po ang may ari. Malakas po ang aircon, may cable, malakas din ang tubig may hot shower pa at affordable po ang room rate.. Complete po sa loob ng room may table and chair sunod po ulit salamat po... Malakas din po ang wifi
