Microtel by Wyndham Tarlac

If you want peace and a restful night, this is the hotel of choice. The rooms are very neat, tidy and spacious. I love the japanese resto beside it. Parking is spacious. Check in/out was a breeze. Didn't have much engagement with the staff tho, but they were friendly during the times I talked to them

Great service from when I entered. The front desk personnel was kind and professional.

The rooms were great for a 3 star hotel. The bathroom was lovely.

For 2 things to improve:

#1 The covering of the glass on top of the bed frames. Some of the covering was removed (patches), I wonder why there was a covering in the first place.

#2 The airconditioner was on the bottom instead of the top (hot air rises issue) I assume it would be more cost effective for the hotel if it was on top.

Such a nice, comfortable room. The staff are hospitable. Good service. There are even a little store for snacks. It would be great if thete is a resto nearby other than Cowan Grill.

Stayed here for few months. Everyone's nice and friendly. They provide a great service to their guests, a service that some 5 star hotel doesn't have. I truly recommend this place if you love a quiet, friendly and safe place to stay. The staff deserves a raise, kudos to Microtel Tarlac staff.

Great stay with staff that made you feel very welcome at all times. Excellent value for money.
This was a great place to stay. We booked last minute as we had initially planned to stay with some family. but for purposes of comfort we elected to stay in a hotel. Microtel came up as one of the cheaper options that still looked comfortable (airconditioning, non-shared bathroom etc). The price was exceptionally generous, our room had 2 queen sized beds and was only costing around 2600PHP per night with a decent breakfast included. Breakfast is ordered the night before and you can select 3 food items and drink.
Hotel is located not far from a supermarket and some fast food outlets. Also not that far from the mall.
The staff here are fanatic, extremely friendly and helpful. Each day all of the staff greet you good morning and can't do enough to help.
Our trip to Microtel was staggered as we had another part of our holiday planned, so we left microtel and returned 9 days later. I had mistakenly booked the wrong date (selected the dates in March instead of February). This was supposed to be a non-refundable booking but the hotel staff understood my mistake and went above and beyond to sort this for me.

We stayed at 12/26/2020; staff was super nice. I called in advance to make sure we don't miss anything. There's a place to wash hands prior to entering the hotel and there was also a mat to sanitize our shoes. The placing of the tv was off. It was on top of the cabinet so we had to look up while watching TV which got quite unconfortable after a while, it was alright though as we just needed a place to sleep. The ambience was still homey despite the pandemic. One thing to note was that there's no housekeeping after 830pm which is a shame because we needed a change of sheets.

It takes little to satisfy me in terms of hotels. Though the room I stayed in is a bit small, it suffices for a short business trip. It's clean, and well lit. It also has a place for you to place your stuff in. They have a buffet breakfast with limited menu, but tastes ok. It's also great that they have water stations.

The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Located beside the Aquino Center. Perfect accommodation for people who have business commitment.

Rooms are in the process of improvement.

Sorrounding and rooms are clean, very friendly and helpful staff .
