This is a real hidden gem! If you drive to the Siete Pecados Tourist Office you can book a tour for PHP 300 per person. This includes a captain/tour guide who will take you on a small boat (which only holds 2 persons) to the reef for 2 hours, life vests are included and snorkelling gear can be rented for an extra fee. There is no need for reservations, you can just show up and there is usually no waiting time. The trip to the reef takes about 5 minutes. Then the reef, it must be one of the most beautiful reefs you will ever see! It’s very rich in corals and there are many fish to see, if you have keen eyes you might even spot the clownfish. It is only about 1.5/2m deep so you can see everything in the crevices between the corals. Truly an unforgettable experience and a must see in Coron!

A must do if you're in Coron city !
You can go there with a tricycle or by your own means (we had a scooter).
You can rent a boat with the captain for 300 pesos per people.
Then he will take you snorkeling around the small island and it s really beautiful.
We even saw a turtle there.
Don't miss it !

Renting a Kayak to go to these islands and diving with snorkel in they coral garden was the best thing that we did in our three days stay in Coron. My suggestion, go to the the shore near the islands around 2pm, rent a Kayak or a boat (it costs 300P per person), dive to see the corals, return around 4:30 pm and then go the Mount Tapyas to see the landscape of Coron and the sunset. Thank me later...

Backpacker on a budget here - Only 300 pp and one of the best snorkelling ever.

Totally worth it! From Coron P.T. take a motorcycle or trike down (east) towards Siete Pecados and turn right onto another little dirt road that goes down into a little town/settlement. Take a slight right and head for the basketball court.

We parked our motorcycle and went to the tourist info center. There you pay 200 pp for either a kayak or a boat and 100 pp for the environmental fee. Our friends rented snorkels for 100. They gave us a discount for 4 people which was very nice. Honestly I would recommend getting the boat, since it comes with a captain/guide who takes you to a cave/”lagoon” and 4 really cool snorkelling spots. One of them is a colourful big clam garden! Other than that our highlights were a turtle, barracuda, bat fish and lots of light blue hard coral. Super colourful and healthy.
(Maybe ask to see barracuda point, since I only found out about it later and we didn’t go there.)

Have fun 😍

The best place for snorkeling ever! Tons of fish, sealife. Amazing!! Get there by tricycle for around 300-400, boat renting with guide 300 per person. I recommend Mark and his grandad - they take good care.

Best snorkeling spot on Coron. A must visit! The corals are beautiful and there are a lot of fish, also bigger ones. Some of the boat guides told us that there would usually be large waves but that was not true. The water was very calm and quite shallow. I guess since it’s a bit further away from the other spots of Coron Island they didn’t want to spend the extra fuel.

Make this your first stop on the island hopping tour to truly enjoy the beauty without the crowds. We have snorkeled in Hawaii, the Caribbean, the Mediterranean Sea, and Malaga, but this place has, by far, the most beautiful coral reefs concentrated in one area. Be sure to bring your water shoes and exercise caution in some areas which could be shallow. Plan to spend at least an hour exploring!

We just had the most wonderful 2-hour boat/snorkel trip here today. Our guide was incredible. We were blown away. He was friendly and even came snorkeling with us. He showed us barracuda, starfish, so many clown /Nemo fish. It was such an unforgettable experience made even more special by our guide and everyone we met before. I couldn't recommend visiting highly enough.
We had rented a moped but you absolutely don't need to, there were plenty of trikes available to take you back to town. Trip is 300 peso per person for 2-hr.
We did plenty of snorkeling and also went inside a small lagoon!

Tip: it opens at 7am and for the best chance to see turtles go early. By 10am the turtles have moved to deeper water.

So so incredibly beautiful. This was my favorite place to visit during my stay in Coron. It was not crowded, there was no line, the waters are so clear, beautiful and serene. Literally have no words to describe this place. I found this place better than te lagoon’s I’ve seen on the ultimate tour. (Mostly because those places are very crowded)

The best snorkelling site I've ever been to. So much to see from chocolate chip starfish to huge schools of tropical fish. We hired a kayak and parked it up for two hours of fantastic snorkelling. Go here, you won't regret it.

Greatest snorkelling area in Coron and Palawan. Claimed to be the best in Philippines and it probably is. Huge variety of coral in excellent condition full of diversity of coral and awash with colour. Turtles and a huge variety of big and small fish , many of which I had not seen before.
200 php per person gets you entry and a private boat to the nearby snorkelling areas.
A definite must see and do on your trip to Coron.

one of the best places for snorkeling in clear waters at off coron. The corals are very colorful, so is the fish. The corals are relatively less damaged and bright and the crowd is comparatively low. Clear water and white sands and colorful corals give a feel as if you are in aquarium alongwith the fish.

Great spot for snorkeling. Can come from Coron with a tricycle and rent a kayak / a boat (with a boatman) directly there.

We had just completed the A, B & C snorkelling tours in El Nido (with OutPost Hostel), so we didn’t want to do another snorkelling day.

This location is perfect and affordable. Ask a tricycle driver to take you from town to Siete Pecados. It should cost $600-700 for a round trip. They will take you to the little town by the water where you can ask for either a kayak or boat for 2 hours. We chose a small boat, our driver and a tour guide came with us and took us to 3 snorkel sites in Siete Pecados. The boat ride out is 10 mins each way. The coral gardens here are incredible! So healthy and colourful, especially on a sunny day, as the reef is quite shallow. The tour cost us $600. If you are in a park this is a very affordable excursion. One of the highlights of Coron and easy to without reserving earlier.

In Nov 2023 we booked a tricycle for 600 php at our housing (MyGuide’s Traveller Inn). Driver picked us up at 8, left and then came at 15 to the village. In the village at the “port” there is a little house where u pay 100 php pax environmental fee and 200 php pax for a boat+driver/kayak for 2 hours. We stayed 4 hours with a boat which was amazing and just enough and paid 50/hour additional for the boat. There is a little street food window. Overall it was 650 pax for the whole trip. Gregory and his son were our boat drivers.

Reefs are the most colorful we have seen but they are dying as well. Maybe 20% was alive. We have seen turtle and lots of Nemos:)

Great snorkelling place!!

There are two stops, about a 2 min boat ride between each other. They’re different but both beautiful, one nearer deeper waters, the other mostly shallow waters. There is a huge variety of fish, black-button starfishes (don’t know what’s the technical name) and colourful corals!

We drove a motorcycle from Coron Town do Siete Pecados Touris Office and there we rent a small boat (300 PHP/person for ~2 hours) to take us to the snorkelling areas. Pino, our boat driver, was nice and helpful.

The place is amazing 😍
The reef is so healthy and pure we really enjoyed from the snorkeling !
There is not a lot of tourists there and the coral are very healthy.
Not like the island hopping to coron that you can see that the boats and the tourists damage the reef

Be careful when you swim there and keep the reef safe !
The place need to stay in this beautiful shape

These islands and the coral surrounding them are a must-see! It's absolutely beautiful here. The coral is some of the most amazing you'll ever see with walls of coral coming down from the islands and down across the sea floor. The surrounding views are so peaceful and beautiful.

Truly amazing. The best spot for snorkeling in Coron. So much diverse marine life. I Dont know why it's not marketed as much as the island tours. 100% recommend

Easy and nice snorkeling experience. Pick a trike guy. Ask him to arrange. He will bring you to the closest “port” where you can take boat or kayak. People will provide vest and masks and snorkels… and you go enjoy some small islands with lost of corals and fish.
