Loving this place!
The staff is lay back and chill in a good way! They know what they are doing and is not a problem at all, except breakfast - we made it a routine to order the food, go to another place for coffee and come back and just wait a little while.
Special thanks to Glenmar (Glen) and Don, awesome dudes!
But really, good price and their place it just by the water so you just wait in the restaurant while they fix everything and then just jump on the boat.

Contrary to what other people say about Seadive Resort, we had a very, very pleasant stay. The staff had been very accommodating, very helpful, very courteous, very friendly (always smiling). The location is at the very heart of town - about 3 minutes walk to the port station, 1 minute walk to the zipline, everything you need is very close. We availed of one of their AC rooms (cheapest I've seen throughout the town) on the second floor and we had a very nice sleep. We will definitely be staying here on our next Coron trip! :)

A tremendous little resort with tremendous value. Rooms are basic but clean @900p for a deluxe room
... albeit air-con but the provided fan does the trick.

Restaurant was tremendous quality and value with some great Filipino dishes. The bar was fun and has amazing www2 artifacts throughout and even a collection of plates from a 12 century Chinese junk wreck.

The best part was the diving. My wife and I are just newbie divers and the dive boat crew were so patient and helpful. We absolutly loved all the dives including the wrecks, the lake and in particular the coral reef dives. (Thanks for staying so close to my wife and keeping her safe)

A special thanks to then whole sea dive crew including the owner Jim, a true walking talking historian that brings Codon to life with his stories. You are all lovely and im sure we return again one day~!

I was in Coron in Nov. 2019 and I decided to get my PADI here. Lynn Maco was my dive instructor and really: she is the BEST! She works very hard, has great humour and most of all: I felt really comfortable and safe being in the water with her. Before my first dive she took the time to tell and show me everything I needed to know and stayed close to me in the water. She is really easy going and relaxed. Later on my trip in the Philippines I also did some dives with other instructors and to be quite fair: I felt so much more comfortable + safe with Lynn. The food on the boat was great and it was really nice getting to know Lynn. One of the best expierences of my entire trip, I will never forget it. Lynn: thank you so much!!!

Location is near town proper and tour guides easily pick you up from the lobby if you had booked elsewhere. Unlimited coffe for free, rooms are spacious ranging from Php900-up dependa if you get with AC or private toilet. Staffs are helpful on arranging van transfer going to the airport.

It's a bit old but it's clean. My room had its own bathroom (i think all rooms do). The place is peaceful and you can just chill in their hammokcs/swings at the sun deck or the 2nd floor. Ganda ng sea view!

We stayed here due to the dive operation they have. It only made sense. The rooms were priced very fairly and we're just fine. The restaurant has a beautiful view on the water. I really enjoyed my time here.

Now for the reason we stayed, diving.
The diving in Coron is by far my absolute favorite compared to some diving we did in Thailand. We walked around to a few places to check out their operation and sea dive by far had the best one we liked. Clean, good looking gear, friendly, everything you could ask for for your first dive.

The dive sites were INCREDIBLE and the visibility was pretty good. I would love to come back here just to dive with this group again. Highly reccomend the island just for the diving and highly reccomend sea dive as they were fantastic. Our dive master had over 12,000 hours under water and they had dive masters all the way up to 20,000+ hours. Also they have some awesome drawings of the dive sites you'll be visiting. My favorites were the ship wrecks and barracuda lake.

Wow! if you like history this is the resort to stay at. Jim the owner is part of the history of Coron. As they say about the Bible, "it is one thing to read the book, and quite another to know the author personally." Learning the history of Coron from Jim was the most intriguing part of trip because a picture is worth a thousand words, so Coron lives ups to its reputation as PARADISE without explanation. Jim did not come to Coron over 25 years ago from America on a mission of greed, but a "mission of mercy" to help the Island people. He walked every inch of the Island that took over two years vaccinating the animals to stop diseases. He is the true definition of a Renaissance Man. His Dive Resort bar is a museum of finds and treasures told by a Coron Historian. To confirm how he cares about the people, it is the only resort there with a COMPRESSION CHAMBERS to aid in a dive emergency. That speaks volumes about the man. Only regret about staying there: That there is no booklet on his his-tory story to take with that gives his timeline from his personal Safari of a real life Jungle Jim who came to Asia not to fight the Japanese, but disease. At 82 he and his humble wife will make you feel like you were destined to be part of their growing international family. Lynn thank you and the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

We used the restaurant and the dive shop/scuba/services and let me say -this place was fantastic- my niece and i showed up and did the beginner dives (discovery dives) and they added us to another group without complaint, it was wonderful! They took us to three different dive spots (one coral and two shipwreck- yes I did scuba INTO a 1944 Japanese gun ship). They had a wonderful restaurant that was attached that has fantastic french toast (best i had in a long time) after diving they fed us lunch- during the day they even provided us drinks /sodas and water (and even beer after all dives were done) I highly recommend this place, the staff were fantastic and we will definitely be returning.

Got my PADI Open Water Cert here! What a tremendous experience. The dive staff is great and the underwater sights were amazing considering we never even went below 18 meters.

Will remember this for the rest of my days!

One month ago, we had a 10 days stay there. Friendly staff, helpfull, good service. Near to the center of town, good price-quality. Worth to consider, also with small children. They provide arrangement for island-hopping also, witch departure in front of the seadive resort.

Cheapest hotel we found and you can also borrow some plates spoon and fork if you have some take outs. They also had a bar near them. The room is okay. They have heater on the shower.

Hotel by the seaside. I checked in at the 3rd floor facing former Coron Public Market which was moved 3 years ago. Accessible to many establishments. It has view decks, a bar, frèe wifi, offers scuba diving rentals, island hopping, unli coffee. A haven for tourists.
