One Averee Bay Hotel

Really great hotel, very reasonable price. We came in on a very early ferry and the staff let us check in super early! Thank-you. The reception and breakfast were really friendly and helpful! The one tiny gripe is the WiFi dosent hit the rooms but it really isn't much of a problem. The location is great and the a/c is cool!

For a 2 star hotel, I give this place 5 stars! Friendly and competent service, fantastic location, and AC that worked great. The included breakfast was just the right amount before a bancka boat trip. Get the tocino or corned beef options. Just how my parents made it growing up!

The staff are super nice and friendly. I normally choose Airbnb instead of hotels for longer stays, but I enjoyed my 3 week trip here. Daily breakfast and cold Aircon are highlights, but the only drawback is wifi is only available in the lobby, so grab a local sim card for internet purposes!

I think hotel is 3 star. Clean rooms, good AC and for free breakfast is ok! Hotel is like few meter away from every restaurant and all island trips leave 250m away from hotel. Only minus is that wifi works only in lobby.

Stayed at this hotel on a last minute switch. No regrets.
Advantages:
1. In the town center. Close to everything.
2. Staff is great and helpful.
3. Free breakfast has a lot of variety and the
Coffee is awesome.
4. Very near the docks so getting a private
Banka tour or last minute change wasn’t
An issue.
5. Cold air conditioning in the room.

Disadvantages:
1. If you came for peace and quiet, look for
something away from town.
2. I don’t see any other disadvantage.

Clean. Nice front desk reception workers. Air con is good. Toilet and shower are in separate areas NO SHOWERING OVER THE TOILET WAHOO. TV has some good channels when you want to chill after a long day.
Wi fi is not available on 3rd floor, but kind of nice so you aren't on your phone all the time. Wi fi does come and go when it is available, but get off your phone anyways! Great hotel, excellent location. Highly recommend.

Perfect location next to the docks. Plenty of restaurant choices. Free breakfast as well and the food was really good. There’s always staff available for any help you need. Rooms are very clean and they clean the rooms every day.

One of the best hotels in the area. Close to the docks where boats leave for the nearby tourist islands and beaches.

Мне понравилось. Правда и номер был супериор - большой, с балконом и с видом на город и море. Вот с вай фай просто беда - в номере вообще нет, а на ресепшн скорость такая, что лучше уж местную симку купить, а не сидеть ожидая по 2-3 минуты открытия каждой страницы.
