The best authetic Ilonggo Chicken Inasal. Clean and fully air conditioned. They open at 11am to 2pm then resumes operation at 5pm to 9pm.they also serve grilled tuna belly and cansi among others. A must to have lunch or dinner when traversing Bayombong, Nueva Viscaya.

Authentic Bacolod chicken inasal right in the heart of Nueva Vizcaya! Cozy, clean and fully air-conditioned. Friendly staff. Prices are just right. Owned by a very simpatico family from Negros so they have the flavors down pat.

Street parking available. Can get busy during lunchtime so come early!

As usual, food is great and amazingly affordable. The place is airconditioned! This is a great place to have lunch or dinner. You can even call them up for your orders so you won't wait. Food will be served hot when you arrive.

A must try is their grilled Lobster and their own version of grilled chicken skin (they call it BUL-O). Warning: too much chicken oil may be hazardous to your health.

Eating here is best when you eat with your hands. Just make sure to wash your hands before eating.

The pork liempo is grilled to perfection. The chicken breasts are cooked just to right temperature and moisture of the fillet. You'll love dining here with a group or take-out for single orders.

Im back again and they did not disappointed me for many times as a matter of fact its our family hobby to visits this resto to have our lunch . Unfortunately i don't have pictures to share today because we are busy to get bonded with family. But anyway thanks for the warmth and welcoming staff of bacolod grill .
