ride a bus going to concepcion from Ceres Terminal Jaro (you can ride a Leganes jeepney from the City or a taxi to get to the terminal), it is a 2.5 hour bus ride, and then from the concepcion port is 20 to 30 mins boat ride ( boat capacity is up to 20 pax).

Very clean iloilo River. One can drive the island and see the four provinces to explore . Proud to be an olongapo. Variety of seafood restaurants. Several flights from Manila. This place only needed an international flights do that one can directly fly from the US. Delicacies is very good as ever I can remember. High standard of learning in this island. Lots of beautiful places to explore. Bear Palawan as well.

A great combination of modern and old. This place has changed a lot since I have been here. Tall buildings are popping up as well a renovations to old buildings. Still a great city to visit.
