Alona Beach

The beach is clean, that's a big surprise. Way better than white beach also if you are hungry you can always stop by overprices restaurants around.

Nice beach. Very relaxing. Yummy food with reasonable price. Locals are friendly. We will definitely come back here again.

Great place to spend the day, lots of places to eat, drink or just recharge on the beach soaking up the sun and view.

It's a 100% pure artifical tourist destination. Nice soft white sand, and a lot of bars. And vendors... so much vendors... Fantastic at night! Lights, music, Cocktails, Sea-food BBQ every 10 mtrs... This is not a hidden secret beach, This is a touristic hot spot. Love it or hate it. A lot of other beaches around here and on the philippines.

Enjoyable palm lined beach experience on a smaller strip of beautiful powder white sand lined with hotels, bars, restaurants , juice vendors, massage tables , dive shops, and beach hawkers selling everything from jewelry to boat tours.
Lots of people in and out of the water.
Snorkeling is possible, but it's not great here.

Recommended for those looking for a fun beach but not a secluded hidden beach.

Perfect beach in the lovely island Panglao, the beach is nice and has so many restaurants and cafe.

Best beach to be in for the BOHOL SUNSET. It's a little short, parts are crowded. Lot's of starfish, sea urchin and fish near the shore. Fine sand too.

My visit to Alona Beach in Bohol in February was a tropical dream come true. The powdery white sand and turquoise waters created a picturesque setting for relaxation and water activities. The beachfront offered a vibrant atmosphere with numerous restaurants and shops, providing a perfect blend of leisure and local charm. The coral reefs just off the shore provided excellent snorkeling opportunities. Alona Beach in February is a sun-soaked paradise, making it an ideal destination for those seeking a mix of tropical bliss and vibrant coastal life.

It's a nice beach, with fine white sands, friendly locals and offers several activities. Not as crowded when we visited. Not so much night life in my opinion except for some live bands offered by different bars. Food is a little pricey for me.

My first time at this beach. It has restaurants, bars and all sorts of other things that you can do. The sand was clean and the water was clear. During the day there are lots of things to do. Sun bathing, swimming, snorkeling and diving. The night life was amazing and the place fills up with people walking around and entertainment everywhere.

Overall it was a memorable experienced visiting Alona beach, since we had a tight budget when we go there so we don't have other choice is to ate in nearby fastfood it's a 15 mins. walk from the beach. If you're planning to go here for swimming I recommend late afternoon to avoid getting sunburn.

As of February 2019 the beach was very clean and the water was beautiful. There are sectioned off parts now that are only for swimming so the boats don’t clog up the beach.

I like to call this little Boracay. Fine white sand, crystal clear water, really nice for swimming and snorkeling. Not to mention the variety of good food along the beach. If you're here don't miss the paddle board and island hopping. We had an amazing time!

Very nice views such as restaurants, vendors and has a great vibes (with musics' playing) with it. Felt safe walking around the strips.
