I will never ever come back at this hotel, pls Do not stay here, because the costumer service is not good, the manager is rude and bossy, then their room is not clean and CR is also not clean, we found the CR with urine and the bedsheets are smelly and the air conditioner is very noisy. you can't sleep, so just look for another hotel that can it's clean and don't stay here, you might experience what we experienced with their expensive room but it's not clean. This hotel is a trush.

Cannot repeat staying in this hotel..worst costumer service especially the 'lesbian' in charge at the night shift (SHE IS VERY RUDE AND BOSSY)..only 'shiela' who's in charge at the morning shift is kind..they cant provide things which in the first place they should provide with their guest.

The room is not clean, especially the bathroom. The water coming out of the faucet smell like rust and also poor customer service!
