We (8pax) stayed here overnight. They had cheaper rate compared to two other transient accommodations that are beside Wyco's. We paid P3,000 (transient on Wyco's left side was P4,000. The other on its right side was P5,000). We stayed in room 2 (on the row of rooms in the entrance).

The room has a queen/king size bed (good for 3 or a couple with 1 kid) and one double deck (single size).

Since there were eight of us, I inquired if we could have an extra bed/foam to which the owner agreed, and at no extra charge!

The property has no pool but it's alright because we were only interested to swim in the sea. (We were here on a side trip from Baguio and wanted to just take a plunge in the sea to get rid of coughs and colds.)

There are other properties along the Baywalk with a pool and affordable room for eight (example is P4,000 for 8pax at Valmay).

Here are the good things about this resort:
* Friendly and helpful owners
* Beach front
* Cold AC
* Safe gated parking (it's a bit small though and if there would be lots of guests, vehicles would have to park on a straight line and getting out of the resort would be a bit of a problem. We didn't encounter this problem because our vehicle was the only vehicle on the property during our stay. Although its still better than the others because other resorts here only have street parking).
* A shower and good water pressure
* Unit has pillows and blankets (no towels)
* Extra restrooms on the resort entrance where you can wash before going to your room or if you really need to use a restroom when someone else is using your room's restroom
* Nipa huts or a shaded area that can be used for eating (if there is no event)
* Shared cooking facility (although we didn't cook because during our stay, there was a 'tiangge' nearby that have various food choices and very affordable at that. The owner was very informative about this dining option).

Things that need improvement:
* The toilet flush was defective so you need to use a pail to flush
* No lavatory but it wouldn't fit anyway because the restroom is a bit small
* The bathroom light was also defective (it might be grounded because often times it would not turn on)
* It has a TV but the digital box's signal reception was poor
* The water was salty haha. The source is probably a deep well that is shallow so seawater seeps through the source.
