Sun Of A Beach (SOAB)

This is a nice, homey resthouse that can easily be found because they are beachfront. Stayed for a few days and the house has complete stuff for cooking and beds are comfortable to sleep in. They also have a garden where you can BBQ and is beside a cute restaurant/ cafe so even if we didn't cook, food was still accessible.

We had a grand time in SOB. The place is clean, everything is working properly and the owner ( Marian ) is nice and accomodating. The beach is also just a walk away and exactly what we are looking for ... clean and we can swim to our content and to ourselves. Definitely we will be coming back and recommend to other beach lovers looking for a place to stay.

I travelled to lingayen pangasinan back in 2019 and stayed in soab. First things first, ders no beach front home in da baywalk of lingayen because all homes have a long stretch of road fronting dem. So for u to visit da beach, u hav to cross da street so kids should b careful.
Da home has 3 bedroom rooms. Da masters room is airconditioned wid toilet and bath while da other 2 rooms r also airconditioned wid a common toilet and bath. Da home has a decent kitchen wid ref and a dining area. Overall, i had an amazing experience in pangasinan and a splendid homestay in soab. Most importantly, soab is a pet friendly accomodation

Pros:
Safe due police and army are nearby.
Clean and properly maintained
Cold aircon units, hindi run-down
Complete plates, spoon/fork, serving wares
Fresh seafood Market is near

Cons:
4H away from NCR via TPLex

the Location, clenliness, friendly and helpfull caretaker(Doods), cold ac rooms thee of em. twoo full bsth. for family or a small group of friens.Perfect....and most of all The owner Dale is easy to talk towould be our regular spot from now on....5 stars higly reccomended

Perfect for long weekends. Quiet location, clean facilities. Very safe due near police and army camps. Just across the beach, so you'll be bombarded with fresh air from the sea.

Nice place

Super love the place. Very homey and comfortable. Perfect for a barkada outing or a family outing. The place has a lot of places for bonding. Ganda ng layout, parang very conducive for get-togethers. Sobrang ganda ng design, nakakatuwa. And very pet-friendly sila.
Kumpleto rin sa gamit pangluto at pangkain.
Yun nga lang malamok lang sa labas. So we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor area that much. Pero masaya rin naman indoors kasi maluwag din. Pero maganda rin sana kung dun sa labas tumambay if di malamok. Yun lang naman.

EDIT: SUPER BAIT NG OWNER~ aside sa asikasong asikaso nila kami nung nagstay kami...noon pang pagkaalis namin at may naiwan kaming relo, very honest sila at minessage nila agad kami. And pinaLBC pa nila with complete documentation~ at ngayon nasaamin na ulit ung watch. thank you po ng marami at pasensya na po sa abala!
