Amazing hotel here in Bicol! To be honest, it lived up to the hype. Did not really expect that this hotel was on a level of its own. Truly a place that must be visited maybe at least once in your life.

The food is great. They will make sure you will enjoy Bicolano cuisine.

The rooms are well maintained. There is no funny smell of rooms that reek of cigarette and liquor which you usually experience in hotels in the Philippines which foreigners use. It definitely did not disappoint.

The staff are very professional.

My kids enjoyed the indoor playground.

"A beautiful place, far from the city, with well-maintained cabins and a stunning view of the sea. There's also a bar near the water activity area. No wonder why everyone if given the chance would love to visit this luxury resort and hotel in the heart of Albay. 10/10 in terms of communication, whenever I inquire thru their social media page, facebook, they respond swiftly, the manager, Roger, took time to update me thru DMs, 10/10 in terms of customer service, very friendly and the smiles in their faces when they are serving us meals keeps me wanting to go back, way to go to Buen Llanza, super friendly and accommodating, Haysss I'm having a crush on this guy, seriously <3. The food is 10/10, whatelse to say, "MASIRAMON" in bicol means very scrumptious. The ambiance and all, very relaxing, you have a beach and wide pools to choose from and enjoy. Perfect place if you want some peace and relaxation. I LOVE YOUR COMPANY SO MUCH, THE PROMOTION IS VERY COMMON-PEOPLE FRIENDLY. Keep it up guys!!! To more memories with your resort. Excellent service, relaxing room and amenities. Food is 4.5 out of 5. This destination is really good value for money.

It's a nice and very quiet area even during peak season, service is top notch and staff are always friendly and accommodating. The only downside is how far flung it is, and cellular signal is weak on certain areas. Overall a great place if you have the budget.

Exceptional experience i had during my stay at the Misibis Bay Resort. I was impressed by the level of service, attention to detail and ambience of the area. The check-in process was efficient, staff members are welcoming. The food dishes were delicious and the presentation was also stunning. In summary, my stay at the Misibis Bay Resort was nothing but short exceptional and confidently say that it truly lives the reputation.

This was a FANTASTIC stay. Our room was upgraded when the staff learn it was our anniversary. From the clean ametitis to the Exceptional staff, right down to our own personal waiter, who always had our breakfast and dinners ready. Our stay was TOTALLY enjoyable. We are looking forward to our next return. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this restore.

The ambience of the reaort is perfect, beach, forest, and friendly staff. The food (especially the freshly made drinks) is delicious and the service is good.

Wow what an amazing experience to stay in this idyllic tropical paradise. The place is very remote and very challenging to go there. But once we arrived it’s all worthwhile. The place is awesome and the service is excellent. They have a lot of amenities including several swimming pools , fitness center, in house restaurants . There’s outdoor water activities like jet ski , boat and kayaks. The beach is secluded and private. Overall we were very satisfied on our stay in this place.

This place is truly a paradise. The staffs are very nice, place is just awesome. Very relaxing. Although getting here can be a little challenging. There are a lot of uphill and downhills on the way. I would recommend using maybe an SUV or pick up or just any more powerful cars especially if you have more than one passenger.

My family really enjoyed this location, especially the pool area. Never make you feel as though your requests are excessive, and resolve issues quickly and completely. Very pristine, sanitary, and roomy. They offer good meals at reasonable prices that is suitable for family get-togethers or leisure activities. Overall, we thought this was a terrific hotel and would come back.
