SMDC Mezza Residences

Mezza is just a short walk from SM Sta Mesa. We stayed in unit 26 at 22nd floor of tower 4. The unit is well-maintained, tidy as well as provided with basic needs so you can cook your own meals. At the ground floor is the Save More mart and some famous gastro joints surrounding the building. Worth noting is their open area at the 5th floor where you can have your morning run and exercise.

A place where you can enjoy your life atvwirk

The lobby is clean and smells good, also the guards are nice. The residence is near schools, train station, malls and public market with a very affordable goods to choose from. If you need to do groceries or grab a coffee, they have starbucks and savemore just within the building.

Has a very gentle receptionist and good location area.

We rented tower 1 Penthouse 38th floor. There were 3 bedrooms and a big sala that could fit atleast 20 pax. Has kitchen utensils and a water kettle, microwave, rice cooker. Overnight stay was 4k was a steal price!

It's a comfy place with great view from every angle especially at night. The swimming pool is exposed to the sunlight which is very good, lots of green in the surrounding area of the pool which makes it so comfy. Messa Residence maintain their facilities very well. Been there the times, overnight.

Close to Cubao and Manila areas. Near LRT 2 V. Mapa Station, SM Sta. Mesa

One of the best condo’s I ever stayed

Stayed in one of the units in 23/F during the weekend and it was a very nice experience, peaceful and so relaxing.
The presence of several eateries, one of which is open 24 hours a day, plus a big supermarket which carries practically everything you will ever need makes it the perfect place to stay. Schools, a hospital and a big shopping mall are all a stone's throw away.

Wheelchair friendly. Good place to eat and shop. Parking fee is the only downside of this place. Too pricey.

I really appreciate this condo because receiving area is big compared to other buildings.

Also architectural design is good. I love this place!!! Pool is well maintained although a bit pricey if beyond 3 persons per condo.

Mezza Food Strip is great.

Clean place. Has a covered drop off so taxi and Uber can easily pick you up regardless of the weather. Also has a large air conditioned lobby with plenty of seating and a clear view outside to see arriving taxi. Within 5 minutes walking distance of SM mall, Lrt train station and numerous restaurants and coffee shops.

The place is so nice! The swimming pool in the middle of the buildinh towers has one of the best view in the city! You can witness the sunsight while dipping into the blue water (pool). Cityview, sunsetview and a very green atmosphere. It's like you are in a resort faraway from the busy Manila! Their rooms are huge and with good interiors too.
